We are traveling to 4 different countries. Rather than deal with 4 different sim cards, the Telestial Explorer sim card makes perfect sense. I had questions and called customer service and received excellent advice. The card came promptly and installation was a breeze

This is a great SIM card. We ordered this for our upcoming trip to Scotland, and the card came quickly with clear instructions! We may even order another one!

Sim card came quickly and was quick and simple to install. I love how the product is prepaid so I don't have to worry about racking up a large bill while abroad.

We ordered a sim card and minutes for our trip to Europe. Sim card was easy to install and activate. Love that it has a US number and an international number, so family can call free from the US, but calls are free for us when folks call the international number. It works fine in the US and we are optimistic it will work just as well in Europe. Tip: preload all the hotel, tour and travel numbers you might need in Europe as contacts so you don't have to dial long numbers when you are in a hurry.

Had to get an international phone and SIM for my daughter's trip abroad. Out of the many companies on the internet Telestial was easy to understand and able to accommodate a world phone, SIM, 2 numbers, DATA plan, and easy way to sign in to review your account, journal, and add time when needed. Even their customer service representative was polite, professional, and able to answer all my questions. Overall I very good experience.

while planning an international trip i did not know were to look for a SIM card that was easy to use without outrageous charges. Telestial was the perfect solution to my needs. Their website was very easy to use and explained everything I needed to know. Ordering my sim card was easy and I got free shipping. Their fees to make a call were remarkably lower than if i were to use my normal cell phone carrier. When I had a question, customer service was there to answer it and I didn't have to wait on hold to talk to a representative. Very pleased with this service.

Telestial's website is very clear and easy to use. I was able to navigate through all of the options without any trouble. I compared the various choices and called customer service for more help. The call was answered quickly and the help I received was perfect. The ordering process also went very well. I selected the Critical Mail option and the Explorer sim card that I ordered arrived very quickly.
I called customer service several more times for clarification and each provided the information I sought quickly.

The website is really easy to use and compare the different types of sim cards and figure out which ones work the best for specific situations. The guides that come with the sim card make it easy to use and set up and use and the service works great. I have use this company for years and it's easy o recharge the account and minutes.

Delivery was as fast as advertised, worked like a charm. Activating it was no problem and data worked right away. My account's missing the $10 airtime that should be included, so I wrote support and am looking forward to have that resolved. Eventually it'll work perfect, I suppose.

Quick delivery, easy to set up and use. It's nice to have the JT Travel App to make it easier to reload my phone. Great call rates!

The order process is not too complicated. The delivery is quick.
The concept of one Service, two numbers is new to me. Now I need to learn how to apply the North America phone number and hope that it will work as smoothly as the delivery.

Just received my phone in the mail. It came in a timely fashion. Looking forward to getting it set-up. Customer service has been helpful so far. I will probably have more questions as I get it set-up, but the instructions look easy. Looking forward to using it in Europe!

I'm headed to Europe for the first time for a month, and figuring out how to call home was a massive headache - do you use your provider, buy a SIM card there, illegally unlock your phone...? Telestial was a super simple solution. We ordered the SIM card online, and it arrived within two days with a TON of information on how to set it up, how to top up minutes, etc, in a handy pamphlet that fodled up to be wallet-sized. Very useful, very straight-forward. Highly recommend!

I bought an Explorer SIM Card and a JT- Hotspot. They have been very helpful in getting it all setup. As far as I can tell, we will be able to have all of our devices connected to the internet while we are traveling. Price seems good and it appears that I will be able to keep my SIM card active and my US phone number for just $6.00/year. Great benefit!

I bought a phone and card from Telestial two years ago and it worked without a hitch. I then misplaced the phone and therefore the SIM card expired. We found the phone about a week before we were set to travel and Telestial was fantastic about getting us a new SIM card quickly. However, when we went to charge the phone, the phone wouldn't charge. When I called to inquire there was an incredibly long wait time and via email took them 8 hours to inform us that the battery was probably dead and we were past the one year warranty. Fortunately, my husband was able to purchase a battery locally so we can take the phone with us. Lessons learned: keep the phone handy and activated.

while I wish my credit would last longer than the few months without using the phone, it works ok for traveling. Customer service has been helpful, though the wait time is often long.

Best decision made when traveling across seas. I am excited
