For my upcoming trip to England, I searched the internet for a global SIM card for my unlocked Moto G. The Explorer SIM card from Telestial seemed to be the best value. I ordered one on Monday and received it in the mail on Thursday. Very fast service.

The support provided by this company was excellent. Their helpdesk provided a great experience that made them easy to do business with.

I was surprised at how simple the whole process was. It only took about 5 minutes to find the right SIM, choose a plan, and pay for it. 3 days later the SIM cards were in my mailbox.

My wife and I went to New Zealand and Australia in Oct., 2012. I researched available options and providers for us to have telephone and data service there and Telestial was my choice. I ordered the Passport which was delivered promptly. Having not used a SIM phone before, I wanted to “test drive” the service at home. With the guidance provided by Telestial, I had it setup and working in no time. The service in New Zealand and Australia was excellent. We had coverage every where we went.

A few weeks ago we learned that some friends are going to New Zealand and Australia and they wanted to “pick our brains” about our experience. We recommended Telestial to them. They purchased the Passport also. They were comforted when they found it so easy to get and to use.

We are currently planning a trip to Turkey and South Africa. Since I now have a different phone, I needed a different size SIM. I didn't think twice, I went straight to Telestial and ordered the Passport in a micro.

Bought a card online before our European trip....got my card in 3 business days....just popped in the SIM card and we were ready to go...wallet manual is handy, as well as the codes to reload and check your balance....no frills makes this easy and pleasing.....with Telestial, communication between you and your family is like if you were at home....definitely recommend

I ordered two explorer sim cards from Indonesia. Their website is very clear and easy to browse. The payment method was easy too. During check-out we can order an additional $25 credit to be eligible for world wide shipping. It's an awesome deal, since shipping to Asia can be very costly ! I got the items today, which is about 2 weeks from my order date. I can say it is pretty fast (shipment from America/Europe usually takes 3+ weeks).

The package consist of two sim cards, two manual booklet, a receipt, and several pages of guide on how to use the sim card. The sim card is preactivated and ready to use, so I don't really need to read the manual. Also the app on iOS made it very convenient to check my balance and top-upping.

I was expecting a $25 top-up card on my package, but there was none. I quickly e-mailed their customer support for advice. They replied in about 2 hours, and says that the $25 credit is already on my number, not in the form of a card. Then they give me the website address to check my balance. Apparently it's redeemed on one of the two sim cards, so I'm happy with it :)

Looking forward to my trip, seems like this will be incredibly helpful for keeping in touch with our hosts abroad and our family at home!

I am going on a trip to Italy (from the US) and need an international cell phone for emergencies. Buying seemed cheaper than renting and I went with an ekit phone from Telestial.

It literally arrived on my doorstep 16 hours after placing the order. I didn't pay for expedited shipping or anything.

I had a question before I placed the order, and called their customer service. The rep was very friendly and helpful.

The phone itself seems great. No frills, very simple and straightforward. It came with everything I will need. Charging and setting it up was easy. I have already sent and received texts with it. It works fabulously.

I am looking forward to using the free travel app it comes with during my trip!
