This is my first time ordering a Telestial SIM / Calling Card, I must say I was impressed with the entire transaction, great customer service follow-ups.

Great company with excellent service. The shipping was quick. The sim card worked in my phone without issues. This is a great way to save money while traveling.

Like the Ekit 4C Dual SIM phone so far, but seem to have trouble with the volume. I have trouble hearing, but maybe it's my network connection. Have tried both T-Mobile and AT & T with similar results. Thanks to Sprint for recommending Telestial.

There were many different plans out there with different options. Telestial was quick to answer questions I had without a hard sales approach. I would definitely recommend.

The Telestial calling rates are very compatible. The phone was easy to set up and running. The customer service is 24x7 and it was helpful. The phone works with 2 SIM cards which allowed us to use the existing US number with the Telestial phone. Our suggestion is to add instructions about proper insertion of the SIM card.

I have recently ordered a Telestial phone for a trip to Italy and having investigated every possible way to communicate back home to the US have found Telestial to be the absolute best and cheapest of ANY reputable service. They were even MUCH cheaper than just extending my current AT&T service (with my current iPhone) to an international plan (almost half the price!!). Would recommend to anyone.

This is my second sim, my first sim got damaged and I had to get another one. I travel abroad frequently and like keeping in contact with family and friends as often as possible. My US line works perfectly well wherever I am in the world. The network is perfect and charge rates is quite okay. Recharging is quite easy either online or via phone. I will always recommend Telestial to frequent travelers abroad.

I have purchased an international phone, international data sim card for my iPad and an International phone sim card for my iPhone. All work great and very easy to recharge.

Only company I was able to find online that not only had the service that I wanted but genuinely made me feel like they really wanted to help answer my questions. Such great customer service in a day and age where service is usually non existent.

Used Telestial last year when I went to Hungary and Austria, and using it again now for Hungary. Rates are as good as you're gonna find anywhere. Service is pretty reliable. Easy to recharge minutes. No hidden fees (not that I've found so far at least). It is what they say it is.
The one small "complaint" I have is that the sim card itself has a micro-sim built into it that kept popping out when I tried to insert it into my phone. I had to tape it together and it's not very secure, but it seems to be working.

I have been using telestial for years for my overseas trips as well as my family too. Great customer service and products every time. If you want a trusted company for telecommunications overseas, then you need to use telestial.

Their customer service was very helpful and professional. Received the SIM card promptly and had no problem inserting it into the cell phone, and I am not tech savvy at all. Thank you!
