Easy setup. I like the Passport phone. It's small and light. Sim card was a little difficult to place in phone.

I am going to be studying abroad for 4 months and this company provided me with an excellent option for cell phone service while I am away. By being able to have my SIM card before I leave the US, my card was already setup and I have service before I even get on the plane. So when I arrive I have no worries about being able to use my phone for emergencies since I will already have service. But what made this company so great was the price and opportunities for free calling credit! I did a lot of research before leaving and this was by far the best I came across!

Going to Italy and needed a contact method. Haven't used the phone yet, but seems easy enough. Phone is basic but everything one would need. Good value. Customer service has been very helpful - I have had many questions because I am not that experienced in this new technology. Would recommend.

Did a lot of searching for best SIM card for daughter travel to Spain - this is the BEST

Received my phone in a timely manner. Discovered a small air bubble under the screen protector that initally had me concerned. After contacting Customer Service, they were very helpful in talking me through the process to remove the bubble. Customer Service representatives were very courteous and user friendly. Will be setting my phone up today and cannot wait to try it out once we get to Italy.

Telestial made the process of securing 2 economy pack phone for our trip to France very easy. The website is easy to navigate and does a great job of explaining how the GSM phones would operate and the charges that would be incurred. Going to Europe always means lots of time consuming details,etc. to attend to, but getting GSM phones from Telestial is not one of them. And the order came on time as promised.

Bought a SIM card for use in UK and Turkey. Very easy transaction with the card and instructions arriving promptly. Just popped the SIM card in my Galaxy and was up and running. Got both a US and a UK number. Cool.

I am so happy I found this company! All the times we've traveled to Europe in the past, it would take an entire day out of our vacation to find a cell phone store only to get a cheap phone that only offered an international number. We would also have to take time to find stores that carried more minutes. With Telestial, we got the phone and minutes beforehand, and it included a US phone number! Setup and refills are a breeze with clear instructions and several options right at our fingertips. We are looking forward to future international travels with Telestial in our pocket!

I often visit more than one country on a trip, so a Telestial Explorer SIM card is really useful. I've used these SIM cards since about 2010, with no real problems. Sometimes it takes a while to reach customer service, but I've rarely needed to.

Each time I travel the world, Telestial is my go to source for communication.

Shipping was fast and the SIM card made it in plenty of time prior to my departure to Europe. I appreciate the service. Telestial seems like a legit company and makes a good product. I like the idea of being able to use my existing phone with a new SIM card rather than purchasing a phone I am not used to that can work overseas. Lots of good info in the user's manual.

I originally had an ekit V4D global phone and had many problems getting service in US. This was March 2012. We used the phone twice in New Zealand and it worked OK. Back in US same problem with no access. Turns out our home in NH is in an area where AT&T and T-Mobile have no/very limited service. So, we did not use the phone for almost 2 years and our SIM card expired for lack of use. Going to Africa in September 2014 and tried to charge the old V4D battery--no charge. Spoke at length with Telestial Customer Service and explained my situation and problem. They agreed to send a new ekit 4C phone if I boght a new SIM card. Only cost $9.00 plus $7.50 shipping and I now have a new phone. I ent 20 miles away from home to an area where AT&T has service. The phone worked and I am happy. Will use it in Africa. You Get what was promise and it is working great!!

Just received my SIM card in the mail. I've called customer service already and no matter how many questions they are very accommodating to explain EVERYTHING! They really give you the extra reminders when to activate, which way to call is least expensive for everyone, and how to pick out plans. Going to a foreign country can be challenging enough, but being equipped with enough data on my phone - I shouldn't have any glitches. They are available 24 hours a day and I've never had a single person that I didn't understand their accent......because there wasn't one! If your looking to simplify and use your own phone, do with Telestial. It seems to me that I did pick out a winning company for making my trip better!

Just got mine a couple of weeks ago. Work fine here in the US. Travelling to Europe next week. Hopefully wouldn't have any issues.

First time using an international sim card. I put a lot of research into determining which one to use. I chose Telestial and have not regretted my decision. So simple it's freighting. Remove the old sim, replace with new and up and running. Customer service has also been outstanding.
