The ordering process was easy, and Ireceived the phone promptly. I received a great phone that was easy to set up. Phone had some cosmetic issues, but was promptly replaced. Works great in the USA, so I don't anticipate any problems in Europe.

I have a great sim card. I get one sim and two numbers

I travel a lot so it is especially good when i need to stay in touch
globally. Everything is very convient and customer service answers promptly. If you get the chance to get this sim card get and do not hesitate.

WOW!! It is wonderful to be able to talk with my son while he is traveling even though in the area he is in the signals are not always great, but glad to have the connection ability without the huge costs.

Traveling to Europe and wanted to have a phone did some research but everything was confusing. I just ordered my second U.K. SIM card. My original SIM card still works well however the old cell phone does not! I had it since before smart phones were common. I've ordered a new SIM micro for my new smart phone. The new order was easy to process and I received the order within a few short days. I am using Telestial for several years. My last SIM card for EU expired and I decided to purchase another one. The service rep explained everything perfectly well in order for me to make a decision.
