This is the first time I have used an international SIM card, so I did quite a bit of research before choosing Telestial. I contacted their customer service via their web mail on a Saturday prior to buying their Explorer SIM card and they answered all of my questions the following Monday. After receiving the SIM card, I had another question and their phone support answered the question right away. It is nice to find a company that does what they say they will do!

I am german and i have buy this Card for a trip to Zambia.
In Germany i cant find such a international phone Card, so i was very happy to find this.

When I received my global cellphone which came in a timely fashion, I could not find any clear instructions on installing the SIM card in the user guide. I emailed Telestial Customer Service with a operational question and I recommended they provide a image to help new users activate their phones. I received a reply within hours which included a jpeg of the SIM card installed in a eKit 4c phone. It was just what I needed to complete my activation and I appreciated the quick response to my inquires.

I was having some difficulty putting my newly arrived SIM in my iPhone in preparation for my overseas trip, so I called the toll free "help phone number". In all my years of buying things off the internet and over the phone, I have never been as pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of the Telestial representative I spoke to on the telephone. Extremely helpful, courteous, and genuinely concerned that I was ultimately pleased with her service. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING

The phone service is a bargain and that is all you need to know. The phone service works and works just fine. Have used it in Greece extensively.

Received a nice compact phone for European travel and got my US number immediately. There was a nice offer at checkout for $25 extra credit to the SIM card so I am loaded up and ready to go!!! Also, just loaded the Android app so reloads look easy. Great prices and service- so far so good!!!

Just broke down and bought my first smart phone (unlocked) so we can have safety while traveling the globe. Telestial customer service was excellent in answering my many many questions, and finally entering my order for me. The Explorer sim card was received within just a few days. It is working and am ready for the next adventure. After shopping and reading, I think Telestial is the best product out there for the international traveler. Thank you for great customer service!

I recently purchased a JTSmart 2 android phone from Telestial for an upcoming trip to Italy. Their customer service before & after the purchase has been very helpful. I don't think there is a better alternative for traveling abroad than this smart phone from Telestial. Rates are very reasonable & I like having a dual sim phone.

I have read only good reviews about this phone service and can't wait to use it in New Zealand soon. Thanks for the speedy shipping.

I researched all my options to keep in touch while on an upcoming trip to Europe. A sim card from Telestial was by far the best value. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast.

My order was courteously and efficiently changed from two day to overnight delivery. SIM card received ahead of the promised delivery time. Tech support courteously and efficiently diagnosed my "No Service" problem. It turned out that I simply had to travel to another area to verify that service was operating properly. The problem was due to the inadequate cell phone reception at my residence.

Everything has been just as they said - super fast shipping and the instructions are very clear. So glad to have this available.

i shopped many companies including my current cell phone provider. Telestial had the best call/messaging/data plan that I could find.
Installation was very simple and I had an issue that was handled very promptly.

Althought it stated that it could take 10 business days to deliver to my country, I've received the mail in about 4 days. Good!

First of all I called customer service to ask some questions before purchasing two sim cards, they were very friendly and helpful answering all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Ordered a sim card for my phone and one for my wife's phone 9/9/14 received within three days later 9/12/14. Excellent service. Looking forward to using my phone next month in England!... My wife will be using hers in Brasil!...

Phone arrived and is all set up in preparation for my trip to Europe. Customer service is great! I like its size and sleekness. It will be easy to carry and fit in a small bag or pocket. I like the simplicity of this phone!!

Ordered and received telestial phone and sim card in anticipation of trip to Europe in the near future. The equipment looks to be as advertised and I am anxious to use it very soon. This provides a reasonable and convenient way to stay in touch while traveling and should provide a level of security as well.

This is my first experience with an international SIM card. I researched many companies and Telestial offered the best rates for my travel plans. I used my own phone and the SIM card worked flawlessly in it. It was easy to set up and use. The ability to use both a global number and a US number is a great benefit. Even though I tried to convince everyone to call me on the global number to save $$, that didn't always happen but the rates to the US number are still excellent compared to other companies I researched. I am very pleased with this company and will continue to use them for future travel.
