We used Telestial SIMs nearly 3 years ago on our last vacation - & were very happy with the service so have bought again for our upcoming trip. Delivery very fast and we feel very confident going away with these SIMs.

The explorer sim card arrived in a few days as promised. It was easy to install but I had a few questions and called customer service. The wait time was short and the customer representative was great. They were able to answer my questions and resolve a small problem rapidly. It is fantastic to see a company provide excellent support for their product.

Bought the Explorer Sim and extra air time for our trip to Italy. Everywhere we went we had a strong signal and clear calls. Easy set up and use. Knowing the balance and switching between US and World communications was a breeze. Would highly recommend this as a solution if your phone doesn't work overseas or you want to save money if it does.

Got it -- quick, easy, reasonable price. Set up -- no problem. Trying a couple of things out, pretty straightforward. Then -- WHAT?! -- a message telling me that my credit is low ($1.44) ... how can that be? It was just $10!? Hmm, better reload. So I go online and do a reload, select $20, then -- WHAT?! -- $50 shows up on the receipt! Now it could be that my clicker slipped, or that the pesky thing reset itself to the $50 default, but I'm not so happy about that. Then I figure out about the first WHAT?! -- it's probably because it's a UK number, and I'm here fiddling with it in the good old U.S. of A. So ... I'm not exactly saying it's deceptive or anything, but I'm not thrilled with these costs that weren't quite what I was expecting from the promo on their website. A little more clarity would be in order, guys!

I really wanted this company to work. I purchased a SIM card for my travel to Italy, and was confused as to why I received a SIM card with a +44 (UK) area code. I have tried to enter the Italy area code before my entire phone number, removing the UK area code, keeping it, basically every combination I could create with my phone number, trying to make it work. I can make calls, but cannot receive them. My number simply never goes through. Essentially, I wasted a lot of time and money on a SIM card that is rendered useless. When I called Telestial, they were very polite, but of little help in solving my problem. Unfortunately, this is not the company for me.

I am going to USA for holiday, and looked into using my local SIM card, but it just didn't add up. Friends have used Telestial before, and say its the way to go when travelling overseas. I spoke to the customer service team, and they were extremely friendly and helpful.

In planning a 3 month trip all over Europe, I did a lot of research about updating my Verizon plan to global planning or just buying SIM cards in each country. I decided it was easier just to stick with one card, and I think choosing Telestial is going to end up saving me a lot of money over trying to use verizon over here. We've been in Europe now for several days and I've been pretty happy with the service. Of course I try to use wifi whenever possible... but the SIM has been easy to use, I've had clear service in multiple countries, and customer service has been great. I would recommend the company again!

from the minute I ordered my SIM card to questions I have had after I used, the customer service reps were fantastic. Thorough and patient with my questions. Highly recommend.

So far a great service, self explanatory and easy to use. Quite expensive shipping though for just an envelope but it was extremely fast. All numbers required are preloaded into contact list - a great feature :)

Telestial was the best, cheapest and most staightforward option there was in getting a phone that would work in all the counties I need it to.

Telestial offers a great solution to a problem that was literally keeping me up nights, how do I keep in touch with friends and family on my upcoming trip to Europe without breaking the bank. Telestial got me a SIM card, global number, and a great management app at a price that slaughtered anything ATT had to offer.

So far this is a very convenient way to have foreign service

Have yet to use my new global phone and sim card from Telestial, but their customer service has been great already. When I had questions about my purchase they replied (by email) quickly and resolved my issues.

We have never needed a global phone before, and do not have a cell plan with a carrier that could provide one, so we had to find one on our own for our upcoming trip to the UK. After researching options online, we purchased a JT Smart 2 phone, along with voice and data time. Setup was manageable, even for newbies like us, and we are now prepared to communicate daily with our elderly parent while we're away. I can't properly review the service, since we're not yet overseas, but based on what we've experienced so far, I'm hopeful all will continue to be well.

The card is really convenient as advertised when it can hook onto a network. Could be a little unstable initially when it keeps having the USA or other parts of the world prompt, but is fine.

The SIM card arrived promptly. Directions for installation and setup and use were clear. Thanks for making this so easy and painless.

Sim card arrived very quickly, I haven't used it yet but there was lots of information and the customer service has been great so far.

I needed a phone for my trip overseas and this solution worked out great. No need to get different sims for each country I am in.

It was simple enough to order, but I thought the $10 credit would come on my phone automatically. I was disappointed that I had to "like" you on Facebook and go to review sites before getting the credit. I also read no where that there would be a restocking fee.

Just purchased a SIM card for upcoming travels - I've never done this before and expected only the *usual* tech support call. Instead, tech support was friendly, intelligent, and remarkably able to answer all my questions right away. And, the SIM card arrived so fast in the mail! I will definitely use their products and services when traveling again.
