Complaint made by another bowler
I did not like that a man complained about me being there with a young lady that i was supporting. She is a child in care, and he did not approach me but made some kind of complaint. If he had approached me and asked I could have clarified the situation to him. It was good that the manager approached me and told me what had happened. He was very supportive. It was an uncomfortable situation.

I haven't been bowling in years
I haven't been bowling in years. I went bowling with my wife and two grown ups on Monday in Bexleyheath and totally loved it. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Food disappointing Bowling fine bar staff very good but…
Bowling fine bar staff very good but not the burger and chips! They are tasteless, the kids wouldn’t eat them so what a waste of money!

Great holiday outing experience
Had a great summer holiday experience here with 2 grandchildren. Special offer deal meal and bowl was exceptionally good value. Venue was clean and tidy with a great atmosphere.

A good Experince Bowling
We havent been at Bexleyheath Bowling for more than a few years It was a very good experience.
The site was clean and staff were on hand. There was plenty of time to enjoy our game, but the younger children preferred the arcade games.
We ordered food which was ok. A little disappointed with the burgers as they were just a burger or Chicken fillet without any salad. ie tomatoes /lettuce

Bowling was lovely as useful and so was…
Bowling was lovely as useful and so was the arcade and easy access pool tables. However, the food we ordered took a long time to come out so by the time we were handed our meal we had pretty much just wrapped up the bowling in our lane and were walking away. Luckily bar staff were able to redirect our order to a table for us. Lovely evening out 👍

everything was great
everything was great, the arcade was fun and enjoyable, the bowling was great and had a lot of fun playing with my friend. the staff members were really nice and helpful.the manager was very nice and helpful with the help i needed. it was kept very clean and tidy. Overall the experience was great and i will definitely be coming back soon

Customer Service from staff amazing
The staff were really friendly and professional and really went out of their way to assist you. The place was clean. However on a Friday night half of the menu was not available to order, and I ordered a lemonade which was on tap, and it tasted really horrible like dirty water, not sure if the pipes needed cleaning. We did however have a really nice evening. Customer service from staff a plus.

Kids loved it. Good value with food included for party package. Music and dance got them all up. Was a fun couple of hours .
