Bowling with my granddaughter
Very enjoyable morning spent bowling with my 8 year old granddaughter. The staff were very polite and we had our lane on time through the online booking service. We made use of the lane barriers to assist our bowling action. No issues. A very enjoyable couple of hours.

Food was a tad pricey for what we delivered, service was great quick delivery and no issues, wish you guys did a size 10 ball with xlarge finger holes a 12 is just a bit too heavy for me but only one i could find that fit my hand

Disgusting lift
The bowling itself was great and the overall experience was really fun good atmosphere, good games, and staff were friendly.
However, the lift completely lets the place down. Every time we used it, it smelled strongly of piss, it was really dark, and honestly quite horrible to go in. It’s got to the point where they really need to replace the whole lift altogether because it feels old, dirty, and badly maintained. Such a shame because the actual bowling experience is great, but the lift seriously ruins the first impression.

The bowling was great fun for the kids and everyone really enjoyed the arcade and entertainment options as well. The food was good, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff were very helpful. It was a fun and stress-free venue for a birthday celebration, and the children had an amazing time.

Kids party was a great hit
The booking system is easy to use , can add extra children if needed , the children enjoyed the pizza and ice cream , the staff were on point with help with lanes, Didn’t feel rushed , they had time to play two games and eat . Definitely book again .

Always enjoy bowling and frequent tenpin Bexleyheath.
Staff and service is poor and has been for some time now. They give the attitude of the customer being inconvenient to them and make the experience less than ideal.
Lanes and areas around them were dirty and no cleared when we arrived to start our game, which was disappointing. This was rectified by staff as I started to clear but really not acceptable.
It’s a shame as ten pin could be great
