⭐️⭐️ **Very disappointing experience and poor customer service**

We had booked a bowling session online for **3:00 pm**, but despite having a confirmed booking, we were made to wait until around **3:20 pm** before we could start. What was particularly disappointing was the attitude of the front-end staff. There was no apology for the delay. Instead, we were told things such as, *“We can’t help”* and *“We’re not getting paid for that.”* This was extremely unprofessional and not the kind of customer service you would expect.

Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we started bowling. The **lane table was not cleaned while we were playing**, and the pizza we had ordered was served on a table where there was **trash still left behind**. This was unhygienic and very disappointing.

To make matters worse, our game was **stopped after only around 50 minutes**, even though we had booked and paid for a **full one-hour session**. Considering that we had already lost approximately 20 minutes waiting at the start, this was especially frustrating.

Overall, the experience was poorly managed from start to finish. Delays can happen, but customers should be treated respectfully, tables should be kept clean, food should be served in a clean environment, and customers should receive the full time they have paid for.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into both the **customer service and the way bookings and cleaning are being managed**. We expected a fun family experience but unfortunately left very disappointed.

Really good fun, lovely staff and decently priced.

Great place to bring the family staff very friendly and helpful my wife is blind and was made to feel very welcome everything was done to make her experience a pleasant one

Was good experience. Excellent service. Been few times.

£6 went down the drain after trying to play the godzilla kingkong vr game and £2 was lost on the baskeball hoop games. right before the game could even start, the power went out and continued to go out 5 more times. when asked for our £8 back (we paid via coins), we were told to wait for the power to come back on to retrieve our money. what did gaining coins back have to do with the electricity? by this time it was already past 9pm and had to head out as we had children with us that were falling asleep, so we were unable to gain our money back. very disappointing as our first time visiting was good and there were more games available and working compared to this time around.

Bowling was great, the food was good but music a bit loud.

Clean facilities, good value for money

The games are fun and bowling is amazing , the downside I can think of is the arcade games are too expensive when most of them last 30 seconds long.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the way I was treated during my recent visit\.

I had booked a bowling session for **8:00 pm**, and my booking email clearly stated that we should arrive **15 minutes before the game starts**, so I arrived at approximately **7:45 pm**\.

I approached the lady at the counter and politely explained that I had booked bowling and asked where we should go\. She told me that I had to come back at 8:00 pm and that I had to wait for 15 minutes\. I explained that my booking email specifically instructed us to arrive 15 minutes before the game, but she dismissed this and told me, in a very rude and unhelpful manner, that I had to come back at 8:00 pm\.

I found her attitude extremely disappointing and unnecessary\. Rather than helping us with our booking, she made us feel as though we were causing a problem by arriving at the time we had been instructed to arrive\.

I therefore waited nearby\. After she moved away, I approached another member of staff and explained the situation\. The other lady immediately checked the booking and sorted out our bowling lane without any issue\. This made me even more confused as to why the first member of staff could not have simply helped us in the same way\.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor treatment from this particular lady\. I regularly visit your venue, including at breakfast time, and I have noticed that her attitude towards me has repeatedly been unfriendly and disrespectful\.

I am a regular customer and I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect\. I am particularly disappointed because the problem could have been resolved very easily if she had simply checked our booking instead of speaking to me in such a dismissive manner\.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and address the way customers are being treated\. I hope that future visits will be a much more positive experience\.

I like the venue. Plenty of parking and spacious place. No waiting time.

We had a great time with our children.

Was amazing few hours. The manager lynz really went above and beyond for our visit had a small issue and she handled it superbly we will be back again before kids go back to school.

We popped down for a game, but the place was a real letdown. The whole venue looks completely dull, dated, and in dire need of a proper modern lick of paint.
Unfortunately, it wasn't just the tired decor that put us off. The place felt rather untidy overall, and to top it all off, the bowling balls were filthy and sticky to touch.
You expect a basic level of cleanliness and upkeep for a family outing, but this missed the mark completely. Won't be bothering to come back, and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Staff were amazing 👏 had a great time with the kids , very good offers.

Friendly and atemptive staff, and very helpful

The bowling alley we were assigned had not been cleared of the previous occupants’ debris which we had to clear ourselves. Chips and salt over the floor and seats and the remains of their meals in cardboard.
We were told it was ready for us.
The bowling was fine although I think if we come again we shall only book one game

Good fun, staff were helpful happy with the price
