Fun day out
The booking process was easy and the staff were efficient and pleasant. The venue was excellent. The first time for my six year old granddaughter to visit and we can’t wait to go again.

The bowling was fine
The bowling was fine , it was the food . Well below par if I’m honest , it was served during a game & the fries were at best Luke warm the burger was dry & it had fake cheese . And the cokes were full of ice so that meant U didn’t get the right measurement in soft drinks . I would go to bowling again but I would never purchase any food or drink there again & I don’t normally complain

Had a great time
The bowling was great the kids had a blast. the wait was a tiny bit long but it was worth it , didn’t speak to much staff myself but my husband did and it was great service, overall good experience would definitely recommend.

We booked the karaoke room
We booked the karaoke room, said it came with props but just got one blow up Microphone, we got the four pizzas but they all came overcooked so kids did not really enjoy them. Then the t-Shirt they gave my daughter in her gift bag was so small and they did not have any bigger sizes available or offer her an alternative.

when we got to our lane there was food and drinks from the previous people left on our table. Our lane broke down and we had to sit there for about 15 minutes waiting for it to be rectified

Grandsons outing…
Took the 2 teenage grandsons booked online which was easy. Staff friendly ordered on app for drinks which was brought straight to table. All in all a good afternoon out.

Overpriced and disorganised
Overpriced, pre-booked food order took forever to arrive (arrived after we’d finished our game) and had another family hanging around waiting for us to finish our game as they don’t give you enough time.

Customer service was poor
Customer service was poor, on arrival was told to go to lane. Lane was still in use with other customers, went back to check and told it was then clear. Had to remove all empty drinks and other items from table and go back to check in ask if someone could clean table.
Played one game of bowling got to last turn and screen went off and next customer name came up on screen. Could not even see results of game that I paid £40 for.
Went back to check to ask how this happened and told the person had just finished and must have closed screen. I expressed I was not happy with the service and manager was called. Advised that as we were able to complete the bowl the game was completed.
£40 for a game that lasted 40 minutes and could not even complete properly, very disappointing.
Staff were not very helpful or competent. First visit here and wouldn’t be eager to return

Love the bowling and environment but we only had heavy bowling balls, so made it impossible for the children to play. Tried to ask others but they were using them. Would be great if staff could monitor and share our equally the weights of the balls.

Food is a let down
Did the escape rooms - titanic, which was absolutely brilliant and I wish we’d have gone straight home after so my review would have been 5 stars. The escape room was really good, quite hard and the staff were just fantastic. Highly recommend!! Unfortunately what really let the experience down was the food! We ordered 4 meals so over £50, they took 45 minutes to arrive and when they did most of them were over cooked. The 2 pizzas we ordered were at least edible. The burger was just 2 greasy patties in a stale bun, no sauces. The curly fries that they came with were rock hard, literally would have broken a tooth to eat them, the hotdog at least came with edible fries but no sauces or crispy onions. Told a manager and they took the curly fries and the hot dog and fries away to replace and explained the kitchen was backed up and would be 10-15 minutes. They arrived my curly fries were better but the hotdog was missing the fries! The place as a whole is very good, but clearly not somewhere i would want to eat in again.
