Busy
We were booked for 6.30 and were told things were a little behind which is fine. Although a few other lanes were actually empty as the lane we were booked to the family on it were taking a lot longer to complete the game. While waiting near that lane I watched our food be brought over and offered to them. I feel the food should not be brought out untill your actually playing which is why we choose that offer. we had to go and ask to be moved to an empty lane. If this was monitored better it would keep things flowing better that's all.

Bowling was great, food deal could be better quality
Bowling was great! The pizza that was included as part of the food deal was very substandard quality but no issues with it being a little something.
Suggestion would be for all lanes to have hand sanitisers as pizza fingers and bowling ball finger holes don't make for a great hygiene combination.

I paid twice as much booking online as I would have by just turning up. Disgraceful.

Queues and poor service
Had to queue 25mins past my time slot to get in. No staff available to talk to.
No tables to sit at or out coats/shoes.
Children fighting and swearing.
Left early.
Tried to email them to give feedback but email didn’t work for the soft play.

Food review
We pre booked our experience 1 game with food, the food didn't arrive we asked the staff who said it was being plated, then we asked again and he said it will be 10mins then comes back and tells us that they haven't even received any food order for lane. The food then arrives stone cold and hard. We complained to the manager got our food out to us within 10mins hot and fresh,

Booking was very easy quite simple and really enjoyable
Booking was very easy quite simple and straightforward to do. We enjoyed ourselves and were shocked at how much it has changed (for the good) as half the family enjoyed the escape room.
I think maybe have more than one till or person(s) asking about bookings on certain days due to length of queue
Other than that spot on and will be booking again soon maybe with more people for bowling

We went for soft play, darts and pool
We went for soft play, pool and darts. Pool and darts was great, easy enough to get a table and darts was simple to book and play. Soft play however was a nightmare and ruined the experience. It was so busy and noisy in there that my younger one (who is 6 and not exactly timid) wouldn't play in there as it was to loud and busy. Even playing pool it got to much as the noise from the soft play was unbearable at times. I've got 2 young kids so am very used to soft play but I just felt they let way to many in this one.

Law was filthy
Lane was filthy
Waited so long for someone to come and help I did it myself.
Slushy has spilt on the seat and floor so it was really sticky.
Another family 2 aisles down kept walking in the live bowling lanes all the way down to the pins but were not challenged by any staff member despite securing noticing.
It was very distracting as at times they walked into our aisle affecting our game.

Not enough balls in the 8 - 10 weight range.
We were pleased to see new balls but there just wasn't enough of them. It was a very busy day but even so, we only had one of each weight and we had ten players over two lanes. It made it a very slow game.

Service is VERY slow all the time everytime I go it’s the same should really be sorted by now other then that the establishment is nice just need to work on the customer service side of it.

Short staffed and ridiculous ques
Only one person on the bar and again one person on the tickets counter , we cued for more time than we actually played. Someone who played on our lane was previously sick and no one came to clear it up until asked twice, we got told we had to wait for everyone to be processed in the line before our game could begin which took another 20 minutes.
Wouldn't recommend going spend more time waiting than anything !

Terrible service, avoid
Terrible service, waited over half a hour to get a drink, staff not bothered. No organisation. Poor experience all around. Also place looks like a building site.

The Bowling lane was good, but…
The Bowling lane was good, but it was filthy when we received it. Drink service is slow and poor. In any other place for this price you’d get your G&T served with ice and lime/lemon, but here each time you had to beg for it. Im not saying it’s expensive, but for this price you should raise your standards. Especially the hygiene ones. Everything is sticky, dirty and full of empty glasses and baskets.

Used to be my favourite tenpin
Used to be my favourite tenpin. New layout and lights are awful. Have to find a gap in chairs to get all the way to the far corner to reception. Crap tables and chairs in front of screen. Booths are stuck together so you need loads of you or have to ask everyone to move. Be worse when soft play opens

More staff required?
Staff seemed too busy to be attentive. There was a 25+ minute wait in the queue at reception. 3 burgers were brought to our lane and left while our backs were turned with no warning—they weren’t ours! It took 20 minutes to flag down a staff member to take them away.
The lane functioned well and no technical difficulties.

Fast efficient, at Reception when checking in. Bowling Alley was clean and tidy ready upon arrival. Set up was easy.
