The karaoke room was really hot and humid inside. There is no ventilation or AC. Songs are quite limited. Sound quality is quite good but not mindblowing.

Great place to hang out with the family…
Great place to hang out with the family and children. Lots of activities to do.
However, the place is extremely unsanitary, they are not disinfected at all, the tables we not wiped. The bathroom is filthy and the smell of sewage kept arising in the atmosphere while bowling. Bar area looked clean, but the surfaces were sticky.
I think it is a good idea to implement some hand sanitizer stations around.
I no longer visit, as often I could, because I feel like the environment is filled with bacteria. But it is a very nice place to take the family.
The location is perfect for me, the booking process was smooth and easy. The guy that served us drinks was very helpful and polite.
Also, it's a great idea to give staff name tags.

I took my son with a group of friends for his birthday. The place is grubby with rubbish on the floor, uncleared and sticky tables. The food isn’t very appealing but edible. They had fun doing the bowling and the selfie camera was fun.

Kind and understanding workers!!
Quick and easy as always, came for bowling and karaoke with a friend. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite, even appreciated the fact they helped fix a broken microphone when we kept coming back to return it, explaining we didn’t mind sharing the one. Big thanks!

Fun Family Activity
It was a brilliant afternoon with family. Great venue, free parking, no longer need to wear bowling shoes, just bring your trainers but no flip flops. Definitely recommend this venue. Will be back for my birthday 22 June. 🎉

Good for bowling but the extras were disappointing.
The children had a great time bowling, there was meant to be an allocated party host which we could never find.
The children didn’t get there balloon animals either but they enjoyed bowling and that was the main thing.
We did have to keep asking for juice refills and for the kids ice creams, these were then brought out as they started doing singing and dancing so most melted.

I went with my 4 year old daughter who had a show at nursery over run which meant I would be 1hr late. I called the venue who were very accommodating to change it.
I also gave this review 5* because the half price drinks were an added bonus and it was a nice, modern set up

Kareoke
After bowling, for our little girls 9th birthday we chose to hire a kareoke booth to continue the celebratrions. While our 2, 4 and 9 year old girls was singing and enjoying themselves a group of young, street kids, started to kick the door of the booth continuoulsy. It ruined the whole experience and terrified my little girls. I came out to find secuirity to help us in this situation, security would not help at all and told me he had a similar situation recently and couldnt intervene. My children was traumatised and it spoilt our whole celebration. Disgusted with how it was handled.
