We visited on a very very busy Saturday, expecting there to be some delays, my children wanted to go on soft play, I had my two year old and 6 year old, I said I needed a toddler and junior admission to be told that a two year old is a junior. I later checked online and it's decided by height so I was overcharged. Not being too bothered I sat down with my 12 week old and ordered drinks to the table, we had to perch on the end of a shared table as it was so busy, 30 minutes later the drinks still hadn't arrived and my children were very thirsty. I said I would wait 10 more minutes and then go and ask. They still didn't arrive so I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen at the reception desk at which point I asked for a refund. The person on the till didn't know how to do it so got another member of staff, who again, didn't know how to do it so had to go and get another member of staff. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a refund of my drinks and was told they couldn't refund the soft play. I was given two free games of bowling which I said I didn't want as I didn't want to return but was told there was nothing they could do. All in all it was a stressful experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend

Family had a good time
We had a great time at tenpin the only disappointment was the waiting times for drinks when ordered online. Definitely needs to be more staff on the bar area at all times, even that took ages to get served when going up to the bar

Bowling great…but disorganised with food…
I was working from home but the kids were off school so I thought a lunchtime bowling (1hour inc pizza for £40 for 5 of us) would fit in nicely and keep the kids entertained.
Unfortunately the food was taken to the lane next to us. Following this we spoke to Tenpin who said they’d check etc. They put some more in the oven and I’m 99% sure they then brought this out to the lane the OTHER side of ours (we didn’t see them bring it out but they only just arrived and then had pizza and curly fries like we ordered). By this point the hour is pretty much over and I need to get back to work. Not ideal! In the end I left but they did bring out pizza for my husband and kids. But I probably won’t be trying to fit this all in again!

Booking online was easy, plenty of parking outside, great fun bowling and pizza was delivered to lane quickly, only loss of one star was due to the queues to get a drink and only one staff member serving

Visited on a bank holiday. It was clearly understaffed - 15 min wait to check in, ordered a drink online to be delivered to the lane and it hadn’t arrived after 40minures so had to go ask for it at the bar. Tables uncleared, glasses left out. Felt grubby.

Dirty & bad service
Dirty, glasses not collected. Ordered drinks on the app and had to go collect from the bar myself when we were on round 6 of our first game! Need more staff and better managers

service was bad took ages for food to come and it wasn’t even good looked like a child made it. and the. cocktail was literally just ice and tasted like chemicals. it was supposed to be a sun on the beach and it was clear full of what and ice and nothing else. will not be ordering again . very disappointed

Significant delay to party time and paid for items not provided.
They were about 25 minutes delayed getting out party in due to another group being in the arena. We also did not receive our paid for icecreams.

The Soft play for kids is brilliant and…
The Soft play for kids is brilliant and good value for money which I will keep using. I never go bowling because it is so so expensive so never go there and tables aren’t always clean in busy periods completely puts me off. Only use soft play for my child.

We were quite disappointed with the food. We came with two of our grandchildren and on previous occasions we have notified staff when we require food. Now I understand that you get the food immediately!
It was too early for us at 11.30am and burgers were cold.
It put a dampener on our visit.
Such a shame as we have been on many occasions and always enjoyed it.

Bowling with the Grandchildren
Had a great time taking the grandchildren bowling. Often do this during school holidays and we all enjoy the games. Usually finish off with a few games of Air Hockey - Great fun.

We took the kids to soft play and was…
We took the kids to soft play and was really impressed, they got given balloons when we first went in and the soft play is quite large and has lots for them to do, they had a lovely time. Also loved that you could order to your table so that you could keep an eye on the kids. Absolutely loved the soft play. However we decided to stop and have lunch which was not very nice at all. I ordered a chicken burger and chips and I could not eat the chicken burger, it had a big grizzsly bit in the middle that made me feel sick, the chops were Luke warm and really wasn’t very nice, freezer chips at home are much better, the onion rings were very soggy. My boyfriend had curly fries which was much better than the chips. It also took a long time for the food to arrive

All round a good night
Had a really good night bowling and playing on the ticket machines. Slightly let down but the rudeness of the lady behind the bar (not sure of her name) but the young lad was lovely, the lady on the floor (think her name was candy), was outstanding her customer service was amazing, she looked like the only person actually working, we were told that she was also the chef, any issue we had she fixed straight away. She made our night very enjoyable.
