Nice staff, just too hot inside building
We enjoyed our trip, staff were helpful and understanding of our child's needs when requesting a quiet, end lane.
The only criticism is that it was incredibly hot in the premises.
Otherwise we had a good time

Escape room wasn't interesting for a group of 8/9 year olds
The escape room was really good but just not for the kids its recommended age is 8+ and I took my son and his friends for his 9th birthday and none of them were interested they just ran around through the rooms jump-scaring each other.

3 stars because the Bowling machine…
3 stars because the Bowling machine broken with error on screen while we were playing the game. Also there was some security alarm for few minutes that was not ideal.

Service could be better. On our 3 occasion visit we always had some issues. I provided feedback for the venue last week already, therefore I’m not going to do it again.
