Easy to book online. Arrived, checked in and had 2 games. Changed settings mid game to get side bumpers up to make it easier for grandchildren. Good time had by everyone.

The place was very noisy particularly the slot machine area. Very poor signs on the machines so our grandchildren and ourselves could ot find out the cost in tokens of particular machines.

Fun trip out for birthday
Went for my child's birthday with some friends. The lane was all ready for us and the kids had a great time. They enjoyed adding their photos onto the score screen.
They had a go at a couple of things in the arcade including the photo booth and basketball game which they enjoyed.
The only downside was the cafe area was a bit unkempt - would be good for this area to be kept cleaner and tidier so tables/seating are ready and more pleasant for the next customers.

Good bowling, toilets smelly
We did have a great time bowling and, our visit being on a Saturday morning, we did expect it to be busy. However there were a number of birthday parties going on which meant we chose to go elsewhere for food.
My main complaint is about the toilets. The smell of urine was overwhelming and if the children hadn't needed to use them we would definitely have walked in and walked out again. One lady did.

Not great customer service
The staff were quite rude and unhelpful, also the game of bowling seemed very short, but the arcade area was very good.

Manager was rude
Member of staff was rude, told us we needed to move lanes during a game due to being 20 minutes late when we was only 5 minutes late. My autistic daughter not understanding what was happening started to panic thinking she couldn’t finish playing so I had to calm her down and explain to her for the manager to turn to her and tell her she’s lucky to be able to go on another lane!

The lane was ready at the time requested and even though the centre was over run with Guides/Scouts enjoying the sport of Tenpin Bowling the staff were responsive and professional to problems on the lane and orders for refreshment.

Bowling was good fun
Bowling was good fun. Pizza was terrible, chips were good, nachos a bit soggy. Arcade area is good but really damned loud. I really liked that DC coin pusher thing, soent a good £20 on that lol
