Worth every penny

I love the customer service at Tesco Bank, and always a local voice when calling during office hours, they are always so very helpful and resolve any question I have.

Confusing about whether balance transfers are agreed or not.

Very easy and efficient credit card application

I wanted to renew card and succeeded fairly quickly

Took a card out and put 5 hard searches on my messed up all my credit dont use

Ask for a replacement credit card 9 Oct not received. Phoned 26 Oct told will cancel and send new one out by different method will receive in 3 days and would get email.
No email and no card after 7 days..phoned today ..on phone for 15mins before answering then 15 mins answering same questions and the told will put through to different dept..5 mins waiting then cut off.
Unbelievable so called customer service 🙄
I wonder how long it would take them to contact me if I missed a payment?
Sure it wouldn't be 4 weeks!
Update..
I phoned back and after being assured cards had been sent out..ask to speak to a manager and was refused..asked for number of complaints dept told
The number i was on ..just customer service..no complaints dept as such..
So it seem the 3 people I spoke too actually didn't tell me the truth but you can't make a complaint about!.

Had a problem with a company which took 3 payments from my credit card when only one was due. Turned out I should not have dealt with that company at all as it was a scammer. Found out by turning to Trustpilot. There’s a lesson there I think! Anyhow, I reported the problem to Tesco Banking and they were very sympathetic and understood my concern. As per instructions, I completed the online Charge Back form. Within a few days they sent me an email indicating that all three items would be reversed. A couple of days later (today in fact) the credit entries appeared on my account. Well done Tesco and many thanks for your understanding and efficiency in resolving what was a very worrying problem.

Horrible service. Customer service is absolutely disinterested in providing proper customer service. Extremely slow processing and archaic business practices.

Tesco bank credit card employee didn't know what he was doing or talking about he was useless 😒 I was on the phone over an hr he kept putting me on hold don't use ther services 😑
