I received a phone call that I suspected was a Phishing call so rang Tesco Finance to get it checked out. The phone was answered quickly & agent took details, listened to my concerns and confirmed that it was a Phishing call. This set my mind at rest and there have been no repercussions.

Had a problem with fraudulent purchases on my account. Tesco cc contacted me first to ask me about them, once i told them that they were not mine, they were blocked and my account refunded. Great service.
