Paid a lot of money for some tiny thread vein laser on my leg. All it did was badly bruised it for a week then when bruising went down the veins were exactly the same. When I emailed to explain all I got was defence on their part. Excuses about it not working the first time. Then more excuses I needed a few goes. At £150 approx a time there was no way I was paying that amount of money for something that potentially doesn’t work. Now I have radio silence from them. They’ve pretty much washed their hands of
Me as they didn’t want to give
Me a refund. It didn’t work and it probably won’t work however many times they zap me. Now they say I have to wait a long time between treatments. What’s the point I wanted it for the summer as I’m wearing shorts. Not a good after care clinic at all.

I had a great experience today during my waxing at Tessa Stevens. The salon was very clean and they have very friendly staff s. Tessa Stevens also do other treatments which can all be booked through appointments. Grace was excellent today during my waxing.

Aged 76 I had my first ever make up lesson today with Michael. He’s such a brilliant ambassador for Tessa Stevens.

Michael is completely natural in his approach and in explaining everything so clearly his knowledge of products and techniques is obvious. He was well prepared before meeting me having checked out products he’s sold me in the past before my arrival.

He is sensitive to facial flaws and wonderfully honest about how much to camouflage them whilst still looking natural. Michael uses a range of techniques in the application of makeup and happily shared tips and advice. Refreshingly he does not ‘hard sell’ any product but simply makes suggestions.

Michael has many skills and talents and must be a firm favourite with clients in the clinic. Thank you Michael for making my time at the clinic today such a pleasure.

Therapist stunk of coffee - really unpleasant.
Could have looked at my skin before any treatment while lightswere up at the beginning rather than me relaxing for back massage and then she came in and putting lights on. The salon was horrendously noisy - constant door bells, staff talking loudly about kitchen orders Doors creaking and slamming and , chairs squeaking loudly in treatment rooms Surely if it is a pampering experience you would expect soft close doors and stools /chairs in the treatment rooms to be oiled- I don’t expect to come out of the experience knowing what hasn’t been ordered for the kitchen and other customers personal treatment plans due to such loud staff voices. A very very dissapointing and un professional experience.
