Horrible experience. Couldn't always get access. No customer service number to call only an email request and no one has gotten back to me. Want a refund!!

Absolutely love test prep online. We purchased the family package mainly for my 5th grade son to practice for upcoming Spring MAP tests which would be the criteria used for sixth grade placement in our school district. He went from 30% Math Map (Winter 2019) to 56% Math Map (Spring 2019). His Reading MAP scores went from 45% (Winter 2019) to 68% (Spring 2019). He has always maintained A’s and B’s but has developed test anxiety over the past year and a half. The software allowed him to practice the test questions and learn how to test properly - process of elimination, working out on scratch paper, etc. each quiz gives detailed information for the answers. I cannot say enough good about this site and how it has helped to build my sons testing confidence back up! We fully intend to keep using this site to help him moving forward and will also use it for my daughter who will be in second grade next year. I’ve told everyone and anyone that will listen how great this site is and how much it has helped my son this last half of the school year- TEST PREP ONLINE is the golden ticket in our book!

I just paid $69 and can't access my account.
Contact us link is NOT working at all.

Claims to have instant access. My credit card was charged, I received an invoice from the company but I have no access. I purchased the Family Membership and have nothing. Under the contact information, the company claims to have a chat option but there's no link to chat. I checked my profile and it shows no payment history. Meanwhile, I've paid in full and have nothing.

My child has a test early next week. I bought the CoGAT grade 4 test materials online couple of days before the test on Friday. Before the purchase I checked the website and made sure that the test materials will be available instantly on my account as I only had couple of days left for the test. After the purchase online, I received an e-mail with the invoice. But I can't access the test prep materials online as they indicate. According to their website, you can chat with their representatives during certain hours. I tried that option to contact them but there is no chat window at the bottom right of the screen as they mention. When you call their number it goes to their voice mail saying there's no one to answer your call. I have submitted a ticket/query online about it. Keeping my fingers crossed hoping someone will respond and resolve this. I hope I did not waste my money as I already wasted one day out of 2-3 days I have for using the materials to prepare the test.

Customer support resolved the issue within an hour of submitting the ticket. Changing my rating from single to four stars.

Simply the worst. I never even opened the website test and viewed it. I proactively purchased for when I needed it and then they said it was expired. After no email response for days, I used the live chat
They kept saying they would review, look into it, see how they can help and get back to me asap. I continually followed up and just continued to be told someone would get back. Still nothing. At this point it is useless but everyone should know the awful customer service and company that this product represents. As a school district administrator there are so many companies out there who offer this service and this is certainly not one that stands behind their products or word. Dont let them fool you with "just contact us and we will help" because they don't and won't.

** Follow up to their reply. There was nothing clear about the expiration of the purchase. It was a complete shock that something that was never used expires. I initiated on live customer service multiple, multiple times and all I would ever receive is we will get back as soon as possible, someone will email you. It is late on a Tuesday now. Inquiries began over a week ago. I still do not have an email or resolution. I should not have to inquire on live yet again as it has been repeatedly said that someone would email and get back to me.

My son starting prepping for the CogAT only 2 weeks before the exam and the practice test and explanations where were super helpful in getting him familiar with the type of questions, the logic, and how to think about and approach choosing the correct answer. After he took the exam he felt like he was well prepared, no surprises. He was confident that he did well and knew how to spot the tricks. The answer explanations taught him how the test designers were thinking, which helped him to narrow down the correct answers. Highly recommend. The timed aspect was also helpful. - Thank you!

We are very glad that we purchased the family premium membership. Our son can go through all the course content and prepare for CogAT, MAP tests. One stop place for AIG tests, does not matter which state you reside in. The curriculum is in very detail. The website works with no issues and we can track the progress by viewing the summary report. The customer service is awesome, We did not have to talk to any one over phone, We discussed on chat and were very satisfied with the suggestions.

Testprep will definetely help to prepare the test. The practice is just like real test. I love and trust test prep.

I'm really happy I did, as my child passed thanks to this preparation.

i wasnt sure about the product to begin with but it was ok for my purposes
anyway i got the job :)

Horrible website that does not work few questions in. It loads and reloads and craps out. I paid $69 for their membership and now it does not work at all. I am asking for my money back.

Better now that it’s working.

Updated review - I’ve upgraded from 1 to give them a chance. My first customer experience was not a positive one. I had to contact them to validate my purchase (I wasn’t getting my product to show up online originally) and my first try with the product I was getting time out issues. Not sure I buy that it was only for 30 min. Maybe I just had bad luck.

I give 1 star because of the price. I signed up for 3rd Grade CogAt test material. It cost me a pricey $67. All I had access was for 2 tests and some math enrichment questions. The way it was advertised was very misleading stating there were ~450 questions for CogAt test. 80% of the questions were for Math enrichment and not towards the exam practice. CogAt is Verbal, Non Verbal and Quantitative. There were exactly two tests for CogAt and thats it. For $67 thats nothing. It was a pure waste of money.

If you are a parent and looking for some test prep material for CogAt test for your kid, this is SUPER EXPENSIVE and provides LEAST amount of actual test prep material. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I ordered my membership (annual) in January 2017. They said it is expired on NOVEMBER 26th 2017!!!! It was supposed to be for one year but they just cut it short. My son needs to prepare for the math test for tomorrow right at this moment but of course the account is blocked. There is no phone number and no 24 hours customer service. No way to contact them when I really need to. They say they respond within 24 hours which is absolutely NOT HELPFUL for me at this moment!
Anyhow I can't believe that they say my account is expired 2 months early than it should be.

Complete SCAM! BEWARE! SCAM!
We logged in, once you log out, your password doesn't work and the reset function doesn't work, no way to contact the company. We created another login and actually made a purchase and then were completely locked out again with no recourse. It's all handled through some intermediary called BLUESNAP and they have no answers either. In the end, no test, no help, no product. Called credit card company to watch out for charges. This is a total scam. Please watch out!

My children enjoyed the cogAT tests, they practiced before testing at school & this boosted their confidence for the real testing day. The children said the tests were of very similar format. Our goal was to get them familiar with similar testing conditions for confidence. They found it all lots of fun!

Customer support can be slow with time zones between countries, therefore I would recommend planning in advanced a few days beforehand. I would recommend the premium package as it is a 12 month renewal where the individual packages are only 10 months.

With any hiccups I experienced Helen was very reasonable & provided the support I requested.

My daughter has a test coming up tomorrow and I wanted her to practice a full test right before. Thinking that if we buy online, we wiIl be able to access the material right away as themselves also indicated on their website -- once you sign up, you have access to all the material on the site. I purchased the premium membership, then discovered that I can access nothing and I will have to wait for about 24 hours to have access to whatever assigned to me per my survey. Due to my urgent situation, I tried to contact some customer support then found out I can only email them, no hotline, and they may respond in 24 hours, which would be useless to me.

As an update, a little over an hour after I signed up, they emailed me and granted the access to me. Even it mentioned on the website, their customer support will contact me within 24 hours, they actually did fix my issue and responded to me in an hour. So that's helpful.

Extremely disappointed with this product/service. First purchase was useless causing me to purchase a Premium Membership in order to receive access to all of the test. All of the test turned out to be very little. All in all, it was a complete waste of money. It took several days to even get authorized to use what I purchased. The customer service is poor. I requested a refund and never heard from them again. Do not use this service.
