We started online in 2002, but we have been in the book business for over 19 years (WOW!). It all started at The Ohio State University in 1994 with retail “brick and mortar” stores. But let’s back up for a minute. We were TextbooksRus.com for a while, but now we are TextbookRush. The name change hasn’t changed who we are. We sell books at seriously low prices, as well as textbook rentals for those one-and-done classes. Have books to sell? We’ve got you covered there too. We buy over one million different titles back from students and other sources for cash or store credit. And that’s not all we’ve got. When it’s time for a study break you can check us out for great movies and video games.

I’m not thrilled with paying $50 for a text book, that you will buy back for $7. Also not thrilled with buying a loose-leaf (didn’t realize when purchasing 🤦🏻♀️) book for $50, that you’ll give nothing for.
Both books were used one semester.

Customer service was very responsive and worked for me to track down the second part of my order from a third party seller in an extremely timely and polite manner. I am a teacher and order quite a few books each year. I have found my new first place to look!

I still haven't received my text book
I still haven't received my text book, almost 2 weeks after I bought it and paid expedited shipping for a book that was listed as being shipped from the same state that I reside in.
No response from the messages I have sent to follow-up, no information regarding when I can expect it. They did however process my payment immediately on the day of purchase.

Purchased a new set of books that showed up damaged. Then I had to pay $12 to return them. This was not my fault and I should not have to pay to return your mistake.

Text book has yet to arrive, ordered 10 days ago and it hasn’t even moved according to tracking. Class has started and I am without a text book that should have been here by now. There is ZERO Rush at TextBookRush

It got “shipped” on the 21st and i still havent received it and it is the 27th going on the 27th of january. My class starts on thurs jan 30th

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered a book and six full days later received an automated email that my order was cancelled. In the meantime, I emailed asked by the status after it hadn't shipped in 4 days and never received a response to my inquiry.

Books sold not actually available.
Never received the third book ordered. I ordered a total of three books, selected expedited shipping and still have one book "in the warehouse". I reached out for assistance and was told sometimes it takes a while. The classes is 1/4 over.
