Wrong Size Print Received
I ordered an A3 size print & received an A4 size print. I have sent an email asking for a refund, but haven’t I had a reply or acknowledgement they have received my e-mail. Will not be buying from them again.

Exactly what I was after.
Took over a week (as stated upon ordering) to arrive using standard delivery. The box looked worse for wear, but the frame/poster were very well packed inside, so no problem.
Very pleased with the poster, exactly as requested and looks great. Would recommend That Gig.

Great poster.
Frame arrived damaged and poster wasn't what I expected, this was very swiftly dealt with, with new poster made and sent. Brilliant swift and polite customer service , will definitely use again . Happy with new poster .

I’ve ordered a couple f mugs from That Gig and I’ve been very pleased with the quality . This time however , they excelled themselves . I ordered a mug and forgot to say the gig on the order. I sent a follow up email to clarify and hoped for the best , and they nailed it. My mug arrived today for my first ever Iron Maiden gig in 1983! Highly recommend this company - Bravo!
