Used to be my go to store for all my warhammer/hobby needs, since the move there appear to have been some issues with the new systems and indeed customer service, still one of the better online sellers, but the service has definitely taken a dip, even basic stuff like forgetting to add the reward plaque pieces to orders then as a solution saying “next time you order, call us and we’ll put an extra one in”.
I’m not one for complaining usually, and like I said this is still one of the better online stores. Hopefully once they’ve settled into the new premises there’ll be an improvement.

Been after Paragon of Faith since it's release, but to no avail. That was until Outpost emailed me directly to inform me they got a new one is stock. One transaction later my latest Adepta Sororitas book was in transit. Arrived in perfect condition the following Monday. Exemplary customer service.
