I had an absolutely brilliant experience with the outpost, both with their Reload scheme offering a very reasonable price for my excess Warhammer and then ordering some new stuff to build! Their customer service was incredible when Royal Mail misdelivered my parcel and I fully intend to shop here again. If I'm ever in Sheffield in person, I'll be certain to drop in!

Great company I had one brush a kolinsky it had a slightly bent tip during transit I gave them a photo and they sent me a new one the following day I’ll never get a brush from another company again 5 stars thank you to the outpost team for a great service

Fantastic company, recently got an order delivered on time and packaged really well. There was weekly updates with it being a preorder which was very helpful and everything was top notch.

Great experience buying this item from The Oupost. Easily able to select what I wanted and pre-order it when it went live. Delivered to my door the day it was released. They helped me to change the details on my order after Google pay messed up the address, and sent me confirmation of this. Best price for the miniatures online too.

Items have not delivered yet, despite paying for delivery, ordered on 08/05/25. It arrived out the scope of the time frame after being delivered to the wrong depo. This resulted in the parcel not being delivered on Saturday as expected but arrived late Monday afternoon.

Have ordered via TheOutpost many times now, their customer service is fantastic, only issues I have ever had have been with Royal Mail with them losing my orders in my local depot, in those cases the outpost have sorted everything out for me.

Always very happy with dealing and buying from these lovely people! Cannot recommend them highly enough, 100% will continue purchasing from them.
