The staff had been professional, friendly and and knowledgeable. They understand the emergency/complications with our dog. We managed to get our Vet prescribed medicine just before Christmas and our dog doesn’t have another life threatening episode! In fact he had a wonderful and calm festive period. Thanks to the staff here for making this possible!

Compression bandages for humans are nearly $10 each, vet wrap is $2.50 and for using them long term the savings are amazing. An added bonus is the choice of colours! I am so happy with the cheerful, helpful staff when I rang, the easy website to buy, and the fast delivery.

I recommend anyone who pays full price from a Vet for ongoing medicine for thier pet to compare the price , my dogs meds are under half the cost what my vet and others have charged or quoted even, My meds have been delivered to my home (during covid lockdown) within 3 days ordering them.

We have been using the Animal Pharmacy for a few years now for medicine and other products for our rabbit. They are always quick and reliable and if things are not in stock will contact you with choices to be made. I highly recommend them.

It is rare that I leave a 5-star review - any review, actually - but it's important to call out the businesses that do well by their customers, and The Animal Pharmacy is just such a businesses. Reasonable and very fast shipping is just one of the fine attributes of this business. Their pricing saves me more than half of what I'd otherwise have to pay at the vet's practice. My Westie is on pain medication daily until I can scrape together $6,000 for her cruciate ligament operation; the vet charges $85.34 per bottle of 30 pills of pain medication. The Animal Pharmacy charges just $39.90 per bottle and $10.55 shipping and handling, with the fastest shipping I've ever experienced between NSW and regional WA. I'm on a very small pension, and drowning in debt, so any saving is a blessing, but The Animal Pharmacy is a miracle (in purely capitalist terms, I hasten to add). The fact that I can send the prescription online and then send - for free - the original 'script afterwards AND they post the meds with no delay is absolutely outstanding, and I am very grateful indeed. I recommend this business whole-heartedly, and thank each and everyone who works at The Animal Pharmacy for making life that little bit more manageable!

So easy to deal with! The pharmacist answered my queries on the spot then I ordered what I needed and it arrived really, really quickly. Everything was in order when the parcel arrived. So reasonably priced too, it was a quarter of the price of my greedy vet.
