Fast delivery. Could not provide the ordered brand of script, but rang to ask if alternative would be Okay. The alternative was great.

I’m sorry but this time I was very unhappy with the service. After 3 days I had to ring up only to find out my order was not even posted yet you had told me it was sent the day I ordered it & by the time I had received it, it was a week later I finally got it, very poor and in the mean time I still ended up having to go to my local Vet to get my shortfall of medicine that cost me twice as much. Just not good enough & all you could offer was $5 refund for my postage. Felt like insult to injury & still waiting for the $5 refund.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional – speaking with the staff via phone, email and collection point was professional and friendly – they kept me calm when I was panicking about my beautiful dog. They offered advice on how to use the product and gave me a free syringe to administer her medication. When she need medication again, I will certainly be calling on them to assist.

I am very happy I came across the Animal pharmacy online. We have a geriatric Border Collie with arthritis. The painkillers were costing us a small fortune when accessed through our vet. Same drug at the Animal Pharmacy substantially lower in cost, genuine savings. Easy to deal with and super speedy delivery.

Previcox has greatly improved my 15 year old border collie. She had trouble walking and constantly her back legs gave way. Since being on previcox she walks ok and does the odd little jog, she's much happier. The animal pharmacy were great. They processed the prescription fast and delivery was within a few days. The overall price was $100 cheaper than the vet. I will continue to use them for my other 2 collies needs
