It's perfect! Not damaged at all, came a lot faster than I thought it was considering it was a preorder! I was worried at first because I wasn't able to track it, but once it arrived to them I was able to track it from there onwards :) I'm so so happy with my Bondrewd Nendoroid!

Great, the only thing is that the order was held back by costums in the Netherlands for nearly 1,5 week. But quality of product is great.

The figure I ordered was not actually in stock and thus I wasn't able to get it. However, they emailed with an apology and gave a full refund + 10% off my next purchase! I plan to try and order from here again once I get some more money to waste on anime figures 👍

Sort of hard to navigate the website but great variety, found a figure I thought was oos everywhere, had a few issues that meant it took a bit longer but their customer service is great - I have anxiety and struggle a lot with emails but they made it very easy to communicate !! tysm :)

I work in a hobby shop that carries all sorts of figures but finding this site was a blessing, helping me add a rare Gunbuster figure to my collection I will always admire. I can see this store has a passion for the market and it shows! The service and shipping was unexpectedly amazing and I couldn't be happier so I can't wait to support the store again.

The product was good quality, as described in the site. It was dispatched the next working day and arrived a couple of days after.

I was given the website by a friend who recommended it to me, after having bad experiences in the past buying figures from reputable stores, I thought there is no way I'm ordering online ever again, my friend reassured me that it is safe and I would not regret it.
Speaking with the owner of the store, I realized I have no fear and the amount of knowledge he had just outright surprised me.
Fast forward 2 weeks and my figures arrived intact and my faith in purchasing figures online has been restored, thanks Animetal!

Pre-ordered a Nekopara figure. Arrived within 5 days of being dispatched, and was delivered undamaged with plenty of protective and discreet packaging. Would buy from again, no complaints.
