They let me know there would be a delay in my Kamado Joe combo - not all items were available immediately. I asked could the order be split so I could cook for friends in a couple of weeks - they did! Super supportive, no mucking around, the deliveries were perfect. I'll be back!

The bbq store staff contacted me after I ordered to confirm I was ok waiting a few weeks while the out of stock bbq had been sourced. I was happy they gave me the option to cancel if I wasn't happy about waiting. I did end up getting the bbq in 2 weeks, delivered to FNQ. Well done ! What great customer service, thankyou!
