It showed as stock Available on your website. Later that week I get an email that you don’t have it in stock and it’s coming in. I didn’t hear back for another week until I chased up again.. and then got response still not received from supplier.
If an item you don’t have in stock state it as sold out. I would have purchased it elsewhere

Great customer focus and proactive communication
Great communication when item was out of stock - proactive updates about timing for item to come back into stock. Item shipped the day they recieved the stock and again excellent communication around shipping details, tracking and ETA.
I will happily deal with these guys again!

Fast service had my items at the door within a couple of days of me placing my order. Highly recommend this business
The service is really fast I received my items a few days after placing my order and being 3 days away from Christmas day I was expecting it to take a couple of weeks but I received my items the day after boxing day. Will definitely be getting my BBQ bits and pieces from here in the future

Poor product supply lead times…
Very disappointed that an item listed as 'in stock' and ordered was not delivered by christmas. Order placed in november. The website clearly needs improvements with supply availability because this is far from the first occurrence.
