Fantastic customer service.
I received exceptional service from Helen. She helped me step by step to find the right size.
The product (fuller cup bra) is well made and well thought out.
Unfortunately it still isn’t right for me, but I received a fast, full refund, and would recommend other people to purchase from this company.

products are well-made, of quality material (ie not so fragile they'll fall apart in two washes - these knickers will last for years I reckon), and the sizing is generous. I bought fuller cup bra as well and am delighted to have a bra I can put on (spinal cord injury) easily. cotton knickers are like the gym knickers I wore at school years and years ago, comfortable, warm, high enough up at the back. I called to discuss returning the extra sizes I'd bought and they couldn't have been more pleasant and reasonable to talk to, accepting that I'd been ill and unable to return more quickly. highly recommended. refreshingly high quality customer service.

Fabulously fit and very comfortable after years of buying bras that l just can not wear anymore, l have spinal stenosis And osteoporosis nothing fits anymore, but l found these bras on big bloomers at last l can wear a bra without discomfort. I will be a long time customer, very happy customer .

I was confused about the niccers sizing but it was explained to me and a sample pair sent out. I absolutely loved them!! So comfy and I am very fussy about underwear. I don’t want a wedgie. I have spent a fortune over the years on underwear that is no good so was delighted with your no wedgie niccers!! I ordered 3 pairs and will definitely buy more as and when!!

Wonderful company! I purchased a non-wired bra (particularly hard to find one of great quality for the larger chest) and will definitely purchase more. After contacting the company I was told my measurement was at the cusp of two sizes and that if I purchased one that did not fit I could exchange for the other size. I ended up having to swap for a size down, the service was superb and very efficient. The quality of the bra set is better than I anticipated. If purchasing as a gift, the packaging is a lovely touch with a reusable pouch. Would definitely recommend this company!

I had cause to contact them as an item they sold me, packed from their supplier, only contained one popsock. I sent an email Sunday and on Monday received an email to say replacement on way! I received Wednesday. You couldn't get that sort of service anywhere. By the way their goods are great too !!
