Absolutely brilliant. Chef Guido catered for our murder mystery night we held. It was fantastic. He arrived exactly on time, cooked four amazing delicious courses which were delivered exactly as planned for the timing of the evening. Then when we went back in the kitchen after it was spotless. We will definitely book again. Trust me book this. It is an amazing evening!!

I booked The Cotswolds Chef for a family holiday for the last night of our stay. Guido was very accommodating when i made a last minute change and nothing was too much trouble. Having eaten out in many fine dining restaurants but never booked a private chef before, i wasn't sure what kind of standard to expect. Well, i was totally blown away by the food.... presentation 5 stars, taste 5 stars, service 5 stars, value for money 5 stars.... timing between courses was spot on and food served hot....
totally delicious and outstanding all-round. Will definitely be booking again when we next holiday in the Cotswolds.... thank you so much Guido... was a pleasure to meet you and hope to see you again in the not too distant future.

Guido was very professional and accommodating in arranging our menu in advance. On the day he prepared a beautiful meal, in a very small kitchen, for our group. His plating and serving was also excellent. And he left the kitchen even cleaner than he arrived.

Each course from Canapés to dessert was delicious and well presented.
Not only was the Chef attentive, he laid the table, washed the dishes and tidied up before he left.
All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and would use the Cotswold Chef again.

Guido, the Cotswolds Chef was hired by my sister to prepare dinner for my family to help us celebrate my 50th birthday. He offers a fantastic range of dishes across three levels of menu depending on your appetite! You are able to choose two options for each course, so plenty to choose from. Whilst locating the house we were staying in meant Guido was delayed in arriving he quickly got to work preparing AMAZING dishes for us to enjoy. He was seamless & timely in delivery, every dish was spot on. The food was perfection. I would challenge anybody to find a better sticky toffee pudding, it was to die for!! To make an evening extra special not only does Guido do all the prep and the cooking but he does the washing up as well. I would recommend Guido without hesitation to anybody likely to be spending time in the Cotswolds and wanting to something that’s just a little bit different, something special. The evening was an absolute joy, a family celebrating sharing awesome food together without needing to go out, brilliant!! Well done Guido, hats off to you for a brilliant service. Thank you

We had a fantastic 40th anniversary family dinner cooked by Guido. The canapes were amazing and dinner was great. Superb quality produces cooked with flair and served with a smile.
Guido arrived early and managed to produce lots of canapes for the aperitif, 3 delicious children's meals and 5 adult dinners in a relatively small kitchen. What really made the evening was how friendly Guido was and how relaxed he made us feel.
Quantities were very generous and everything was of excellent quality.
I would definitely recommend Guido if you are in the Cotswolds. He is a really nice chap and a very good chef. It was a real treat for us...thanks, Guido!

Guido prepared an amazing meal for a belated family occasion. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and the meal we had was delicious. He left the kitchen of our holiday property spotless. We recently used Guido for my 50th birthday celebrations. As we were coming out of lockdown I was nervous about going to a restaurant so considered using a chef at home. He was absolutely superb! He arrived on time and produced 5* quality food, all in the comfort of our own home. He not only cooked the meals but then presented them and washed up everything afterwards. It was a wonderful evening, as not only were we in the comfort of our own home but the food was absolutely delicious. Moreover, he catered for my daughter who has specific food intolerances, and she felt totally involved in the dinner party and not a complete pain. The whole evening was wonderful and I could not recommend Guido highly enough. We will certainly be using him again.

I had Guido for my 21st dinner party and he was absolutely amazing. He catered for 12 of us and introduced every course and the different dishes to us. The food and presentation was brilliant! Have already booked him again for September, highly recommend.
