Esta “empresa” se puede definir de todo menos profesional.

Realice mi pedido el 25 de enero y resulta que acabó en una dirección incorrecta.

Me comunicaron que procedieron a volver a enviar el pedido y a día 22 de febrero aún no lo he recibido.

He intentado contactarles por mail o por instagram y lo único que me escriben es: “ lo recibirá en los próximos días” cuando les llevo solicitando el código localizador desde el día 9.

INACEPTABLE, NO COMPRÉIS AQUÍ.

Vergüenza de empresa y marca , le pongo un 1 por poner …trato nefasto , tarda muchísimo las prendas de China porque obvio son de china ( sin etiquetas de calidades , sin información …) no devuelven el dinero y eso que vienen sucias , calidades malas , no compréis en esta marca porque es de pena

Ordered a lovely dress from this company, they allegedly send it to me and when it arrived in the country l got the message from the shipper saying the adres is incorrect (which 100% was not the case) and the package was going to be send back and is currently in the status for destruction. As long as the package was on its way the customer service was good, now that I messaged them that I wanted a refund they are not getting back to me anymore.

Me ha encantado ésta web ya que tiene todas las prendas y accesorios para arreglarte de arriba a abajo y para todo tipo de ocasiones: casual, citas más elegantes...

La calidad es bastante buena, se nota que es ropa que voy a conservar durante mucho tiempo y eso es importante para mí.

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE PURE SCAM. I’ve been waiting my order for a month and their customer care simply doesn’t care! They are not providing any useful information on the package location and arrival and neither giving me a reimbursement!

Doy una porque no se puede poner 0 , la peor tienda online que he visto en mi vida , hice un pedido de más de 100 euros , que nunca me llego , reclamo por correo nadie me contesta , por Instagram más de lo mismo. Me mandan un correo a los dos meses diciéndome que han robado el camión que me mandaran los productos , y nunca jamás he vuelto a saber nada de ellos no me mandaron ni tracking de envío ni nada y por supuesto de los artículos ni se sabe. Esto fue hace dos semanas , a ver si para el año que viene consigo que me contesten.

Atención al cliente pésima. No responden correos, no reembolsan el dinero. Prendas en tallas equivocadas. Diría que es la peor experiencia de compra que he tenido.

Unfortunately, this is a cheap drop shipping service. Quality was not as promised and items were sent separately from Chinese warehouses. Scam.

Terrible service. I bought a dress that didn´t fit and sent them the item to exchange for a different size. Paid 10 euros at the post office to send the product back to them in Madrid. When the post office tries to make the delivery in Madrid there is no one at their address to receive it, so they simply don´t receive the products to exchange. Tried to call the number but no one picks up the phone and they simply don´t answer the emails. After three weeks I am still waiting their reply and nothing.

Ho ordinato un pacco l’11/11/2022 non è ancora arrivato. Doveva arrivare il 15 giorni. Anche il tracking del pacco è falso.

Frauds! Absolutely terrible clothes, waited over a month to get them, all items are cheap made in China quality. I did not get some items and they are refusing to refund!!! They give a code for other purchase. Still trying to get my money back, I sent the items I got back to them, but no refund.

El envío tarda. Llega en un embalaje que deja mucho que desear con respecto a las expectativas. La calidad es horrible, como si lo pudieras a AliExpress. Se llama The cotton brand pero de algodón tiene el mínimo.
No responden a correos o mensajes en redes sociales.
La camisa que pedí llegó manchada.

Fiz uma compra à mais de um mês sem qualquer mensagem sobre o estado encomenda. Enviei email, mensagens.. Recebi apenas uma resposta à duas semanas a dizer que iria receber a encomenda nessa semana. Infelizmente foi mentira. Sem encomenda e dinheiro. Gostaria de ter visto anteriormente estes comentários.

Scam website!! The clothes are terrible quality, nothing like the pictures. I waited over a month for the delivery and when I emailed the customer service team and contacted them on their instagram about a refund, I received no response after multiple messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Es una estafa absoluta. El pedido tarda más de 15 días en llegar. Sin ningún tipo de seguimiento. En cuanto llegó lo entendí, el pedido lo envía aliexpress a precio de confección en España. Les he escrito 4 emails y por instagram y no he obtenido respuesta. No recomiendo a nadie comprar aquí aunque influencers lleven la ropa de la marca, no es lo que te llega.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. I bought a £60 dress from the cotton brand, it didn’t fit anything like the model and looked as if it has been sewn wrong. I paid £10 to return the dress to Spain hoping I would get a credit note to buy something else. Over a month later I have heard nothing, I have emailed 4 times, sent 6 Instagram messages and commented on various posts (my comments have since been deleted). I cannot get any response from the brand and it looks like I won’t be getting a refund.
