The CV Store Reviews

Amazing service! So fast, helpful and informative. I feel so much more confident in searching for my new career.
Money well spent. Very happy with the service and cannot recommend Lee enough!
One of the simplest stress free experiences I’ve had from a company in a long time :)

Lee was amazing. Really went above and beyond and produced a great product.

Lee was recommended by my colleague and I’m so glad I used Lee’s services to re-write my cv. I’m so impressed with the way he worded everything, bringing it all together to give a professional look. The work Lee did on my cv was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend him. It’s easy to see that what he does is from the heart. Thanks very much Lee, truly grateful

Cv looks amazing and did it in a timely manner. Amazing service tbh will highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with Lee. The process was incredibly intuitive. As a recent graduate, I feel confident stepping into the workplace having had this professional review and rewrite.

I was totally overwhelmed by what to include or not include given my extra-curricular achievements, and this dithering and daunting feeling put me off looking at my CV for ages. CV writing for yourself is always an awkward process. Deciding to outsource this was the best decision I could have made!

I contacted the chat on the website as I was a bit unsure on what package to get, and was advised on what would suit me best. I got a fantastic CV, and my industry was factored into the new version. Advice was given on how to improve my Linked-In profile.

The turnaround was very quick. I was a bit concerned beforehand as I'd never had a cv-rewrite but the generous 12-month edit policy made me feel comfortable. The service I got was stellar from start to finish.

Unlike some large organisations that use templates and churn out impersonal emails, The CV Store and Lee make an effort to be as bespoke as possible. I am truly grateful for the help received.

Great professional communication, incredibly helpful, insightful comments, fast turnaround.
I've been provided with a CV, cover letters and follow up advice that even impressed me!
I can't speak to results yet - but I've just applied for my first job with a feeling of increased confidence...fingers crossed. Thank you

Working with Lee was easy and with amazing results! In a truly professional manner, he delivered a totally new CV, capturing all the points I was keen on! The quality of it is excellent and there is no need for further back and forth. Definitely Lee is the person I would return to for any other updates to my profile. Thank you, Lee!

My CV was very well written and great value for money.
Cover letters and how to guides are very helpful if you haven’t had a lot of experience searching for jobs.
I’m now looking forward to sharing it with others.

I used The CV Store to revamp my existing cv.
Lee did a great job. He brought it up to date, made notable improvements to both the layout and the wording and turned it around within a day.
I was very happy with the service.

A massive thank you to Lee. Quick, amazing work and happy to provide lots of additional stuff which will come in handy. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish, Lee's service was outstanding. Initially, he conducted a review of the existing CV and identified areas for improvement at no cost.

He was always quick to respond whenever I reached out, and the services provided were clearly defined.

Moreover, his aftercare service included not just the necessary changes but also ongoing support for any future modifications.

Lee was extremely kind, professional and considerate with his response and ensured my CV was done with high quality and in timely manner. I was impressed by the service and job well done with my CV and cover letter. Everything was done to fit the role I was applying for, and I am satisfied with the service.
Cannot thank him enough and I definitely highly recommend him.

I have been using the same CV Consultant, Lee from the CV Store for several years now and on each occasion the work produced is beyond impressive.

I have always found great success in my applications for new positions/roles when my CV has been written and or updated by the CV Store.

Five out Five Stars.

I highly recommend Lee. His expertise and guidance helped me craft a professional and impactful CV and cover letter. He promptly responds to any questions you have, and offers ongoing support for up to a year.

Excellent communication, i've used these numerous times now, happy with everything everytime i've had to use it.

I've used the CV Store a number of times since leaving the military, and Lee never disappoints. He is very helpful and always produces excellent CVs, whether it be a complete rewrite or a tweak to an existing one.

I have been using the CV Store for some years now and I have never been disappointed, they are totally professional and the quality of work is second to none. Whenever I get In touch with them it is always a pleasure, they are always willing to help me tweak my CV, just to give you an idea of how brilliant they are, recently I noticed I did not have a covering letter, after getting In touch with the CV Store, they confirmed this and offered to write this for me free of charge. I highly recommend the CV Store to anyone looking to have there CV written professionally.

Excellent communication and hugely helpful. Speedy turn around and proactive around asking questions to expand CV as needed. I've gone from having no responses to having two interviews scheduled this week. Balancing life with work with children with job applications is HARD. Having Lee in my corner has been extremely helpful in keeping my motivation going.

Can't rate Lee and the team highly enough.

Efficient and always on hand when needed, if you need a CV and cover letter, the CV Store is who you need.

I bought a CV package from Lee in 2022. He was really nice & helpful, he responded to questions I had even after the CV writing.

However, 2 years on, I haven't successfully secured an interview with the CV he wrote, and I wasn't too impressed with it either. I've been using the one I had originally so it wasn't the best use of money and a purchase I regret so be careful.

Now I'm job-hunting again - I actually haven't changed jobs since buying a CV here because i decided to stick with my current company - but now I'm ready to go. I'm going to have to completely write a CV from scratch, or hire another company to write it.

Edit - I understand they don't guarantee interviews but when I tell them exactly what jobs I'm applying for and the CV they write has no success... but the one I wrote does... I didn't take a new job but I still secured interviews with my original CV (not the job I really want yet though, they wouldn't hire me, will need CV support elsewhere to get it). I like that their response is "to identify potential areas for improvement" when the ENTIRE CV they wrote needs to be re-written, or binned as it was. [And they did offer a re-write but it was a lot of hassle then ] I would say if you're dissatisfied, request a refund or a rewrite ASAP. Don't be dissatisfied like I was but just hope it works down the line... it won't.
