The CV Store Reviews

From the moment I gave these a call in December 2023, to the time they delivered the final product in January, I have received nothing but a classy, professional, dedicated and quality service. Lee is one of the most professional people, I can say I have ever met in my life. He is not only flexible but got an eye for detail. He greatly helped me with my old CV, taking it from 5 pages to two professional pages and making it look really employable. His syntax and the way he structured my CV made it very appealing and engaging to the reader. They created my IT CV from scratch and used scattered crumbs to create my Healthcare CV; needless to say both results were fantastic. I now have 4 Job offers within healthcare and one job offer within IT with two interviews lined up. It is worth noting here that within both fields, I was approached 11 by employers who found my CV on LinkedIn and Indeed. I believe if my CVs weren't appealing no one would approach me. I mention it here as it's never happened to me before. I think it must be the great job done by the guys at the CV Store.

Being dyslexic means I struggle with communication, Lee took all of these into consideration and his communication all along has been top notch. Their after sale Service is nothing short of brilliant. They respond to you within the hour and they still make changes as requested to your CV with the same dedication as if you were a new customer. Personally I think I am as fussy as they come but they handled my worries with compassion, understanding, flexibility and professionalism. I now see why they have 5 start reviews across the board; these don't lie. I am so grateful to you Lee and his team as the CV store. A massive thank you for your continuous help and support.

Lee was fast, efficient and delivered within the timescale. The overall result was a good solid CV that is quite generic ather than tailored to my industry. I have a solid base but will need to undertake further work to secure interviews. I work in the creative sector and whilst I was satisfied with CV Stores work I was hoping for a more sector nuanced CV.

Very impressive CV writing company! I have been in touch with Lee to write and update my CV along with well written cover letters. He has been exceptional and has always kept his promise as to when my documents will be ready. Communication has been very clear and prompt. I have recommended The CV store to friends and they have had the same excellent experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Lee. Communication was great. He has a keen eye for detail, a natural talent with words and is extremely helpful. He put a lot of work into making my husbands CV unique and stand out. The proof was in the pudding as he got offered a permanent position in a sought after role less than a month after submitting his new CV. Getting his foot in the door was all that was needed, we are so grateful for Lees expertise. Highly recommend.

A great service that delivers,
They turned my very plane CV in to a master piece.
Highly recommend this service.

Fantastic experience, I was extremely happy with the service I received. The CV store was regularly in touch throughout and My CV is in so much better shape than it was previously. Not only this but the other services provided around Linkin and cover letters have given me so much more confidence going forward. Thoroughly recommend.

I was submitting my CV and getting no reply at all. I was made aware of the ATS which reads CV’s and rejects them before being seen by a human. I decided to use a professional company. Read reviews of the cheaper ones and realised you need to pay a decent amount to get it done properly. This company received good reviews so I decided to use them. From the start I was guided through what would be done and my questions were answered immediately. I even was offered continued guidance after the CV was written and sent. Lee Tonge was amazing. Within a day or so I started to get replies and I now have a job after a few months of rejected ones offered that was not suitable. I can’t recommend them enough. I would not have landed this job without my CV being done. If you are contemplating a company don’t hesitate to use this one. I waited to see if I would actually get a job using them before I submitted this review in order to give a full account of the process. I am so pleased I saw the reviews on this site, they l get good feedback for a reason.

Incredibly helpful and responsive, provided a great deal of support and really helped me get my next role. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their CV and cover letter sorted, as well as LinkedIn

Lee fully understood what I wanted to achieve with my C.V: rewrite and delivered on time as usual.

Process is excellent.. so easy
Finished product exceptional
Great value for money

Lee at CV Store is a true professional. Excellent customer service

Lee and the CV store are the best in the field. Lee provides a prompt individualised service and has a knack for understanding your unique needs when it comes to writing and presenting CV's. I have already referred a friend who has a completely different background. She was suitably impressed and her words to me were, "Lee, wow, what a find he is!"

Very happy with prompt service received, my existing cv has been transposed and lifted upto a new level with outstanding quality. It's no trouble at all to have updates amendments or changes made.

Lee / The CV Store managed my expectations well by explaining what they can do to update my CV and the supporting service they offer around the process.
I was delighting by the end product.

I can't thank Lee enough. Always there and always goes above and beyond what you normally expect. Thank you!

Lee is a very supportive person and is willing to answer my questions as well as my queries (quick response, too!). I have never thought that my CV could be this good thanks to him! Hopefully will get some interviews from some companies and get accepted for a job soon thanks to the CV that Lee has helped me to write :)

Quick turnaround and always happy with how my CV turns out. Lee is easy to communicate with and has never let me down!
