Friendly, helpful customer service. The plumber, Troy, was polite, efficient and on time. All at a very fair price. I shall certainly use them again should the need arise.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with The DC Group after they fixed my boiler today. With so many rogue boiler repair companies out there, The DC Group truly stands out as a rare diamond in the industry.

From the moment I called, their professionalism was clear. The engineer arrived on time, was polite, and took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue with my boiler. What really impressed me was how patiently he explained what was actually wrong, showing me the parts and laying out the situation in terms I could understand—no confusing jargon or pressure to pay for unnecessary repairs.

He also discussed different cost-effective solutions with me, making sure I knew my options and what would work best for my budget. I never felt rushed or like I was being upsold and after about 15 minutes my boiler was up and running.

I had a boiler relocation and upgrade job carried out by DC. They were great - they sent out their top engineer to look at the job beforehand so we got all the details right from the start. The job was supposed to take 2 days - there were some complications but the team stayed on late to get it done within the timeframe that they said. All work has been done to a high standard and I'm really happy with the results.

Had the latest atag boiler fitted by DC Group,
never had any problem,and they call you once a year when the servicing is due.

Have been using the DC group to service our boiler for a number of years now so its always a pleasure when Dee comes to carry out our service, he always let's us know in advance when he's coming and always leaves everything clean and tidy when he's finished.

I was very pleased with the service provided. I needed to replace an old boiler and Dee offered a practical solution causing the least disruption to the existing system configuration. The installation was handled professionally and in a friendly manner, with appointments kept and any mess minimised. The satisfactory performance of the new boiler was fully tested before departure.

My boiler was on the way out and so I needed a new one. After checking recommendations, companies on trustpilot and getting quotes, I chose The DC Group.
I would have zero hesitation in recommending this company to anyone with gas / plumbing and boiler issues. From the first visit to provide a quote every detail and process was explained. They were true to their word in it all.
It was a pleasure to watch professionals fit my new ATAG boiler. They also flushed my existing central heating system. All of this was done leaving virtually no mess and they cleaned as they went along.
I used The DC Group for a large and expensive price of work but would have no hesitation in using them for small bits of work as well.
The whole experience, including communication, paperwork etc was without problem and frankly very easy.

I have been using The DC Group for a number of years now to service my boiler & heating, & I have always been very happy with their service & work. They just replaced my boiler & this time was no different. As always, from start to finish, everyone I had contact with was lovely. Firstly, they sent me a quote for the work promptly, which was competitively priced, & they scheduled me in for the work within a reasonable timeframe. Tina, who mans the office, is amazing - she is so personable & so kind & helpful & genuinely cares about their clients. Divyesh and his team (James & Eric) came to do the work & they were great. They were punctual, protected all the surfaces, & made every effort to minimise disruption. They took time to explain things to me & didn’t mind me hassling them with questions, which they answered, & they were polite & considerate. When the work was completed, they tidied up after themselves & Divyesh showed me how to work everything. I received a follow-up call from Tina a couple of days after the work to check all was working OK & there were no problems. I highly recommend The DC Group for their work & customer service.

Highly recommend - the best communication and updates throughout. Also stuck to any agreed appointments and very honest from the first point.
When our heating went down - came over on Christmas eve!! And very late into the evening on a separate occasion.
The boiler replacement day came with a team of 5 and very professional throughout and finish looks great.

Just had a boiler service completed with Divyesh from the DC Group UK. OUTSTANDING. EXCELLENT. 5*. TERRIFIC service. Kept me updated and informed the whole way. Gave me excellent advice. After a few Pumblers cancelled our appointments back and forth and not showing up during the coldest day when our boiler broke down, Div, called us back as arranged by the secretary Tina the same day we contacted them. The 2 main gas engineers were experienced and professional and even our builder was amazed by their work, especially the welding. They have the whole work of installation completed on the same day in 14 hours. The water tank and the cylinder were removed with all the pipes sealed and beautifully fixed with clear storage left. Carpet protection was prepared well as agreed. We were grateful for the reliable service as they showed up for the work during the peak season. The whole team was nice people. The new boiler and the heating system are running well and the certificates and warranty have been received. Highly recommend the service. We were really grateful for their work.

Excellent customer service & the install team very polite and tidy.
Called round after work on a Friday night to quote me for a new Boiler, identified a small gas leak as well and waited for Cadent to arrive & discuss.
Fully discussed my options with different Boilers, great communication on the day of install keeping us informed of arrival time, dust sheets & floor protection carried out and all works completed in the one day working for 12 hours to complete the works. A new motorised valve & modification to the pipework on our Gas Hob was also completed all in the same shift.
Very satisfied with the works and the new Boiler & Smart Controls all demonstrated to our satisfaction.
