Really speedy and efficient work. Impressed with how tidy the work was, their expertise, the hot water is now flowing well, we've got 2 new boilers perfectly installed and all this within a couple of days for what is a large house. Thoroughly recommend them if you're looking for a quality job with a long long long guarantee!

Divyesh came on the same day as I had called. He detected the problem right away. However, he tried to charge a bit too much above market (e.g. for a GBP 37 GBP part we would set you off GBP). This service fees are also more on the top-end, e.g. gas safety and service is more than GBP 220 and that's double the market price.

The DC Group UK was commissioned to replace a 30+ year old boiler and upgrade pipework in a 1930s semi. The group was chosen on price, previous reviews and availability.
We wanted an ATAG boiler because the manufacturer offers a 14-year warranty and their units are said to have fewer internal parts so there's potentially less to go wrong. ATAG's UK operation suggests engineers in your area with whom they already have a working relationship.
Dee, from the DC Group, came round to assess the scope of the job and offer a quotation.
Dee and his team kept us informed every step of the way, in terms of what was going to happen and how. During the two day operation, Dee sent over comprehensive videos (we were not at the house at the time), keeping us up-to-date on progress.
This was as much an exercise in communication as it was in technical competence. When potential problems arose, Dee brought practical solutions.
At the end of Day 2, the team had installed a new boiler, relocating it along the way, installed a new gas pipe from the mains to the boiler and on to the meter.
From the competent back office, we got a 14-year warranty on parts and labour and a Building Regulations certificate within hours of the job finishing. We're still waiting for a new gas certificate but we are sure it won't take long.
A good job at a fair price by professionals.

Divyesh serviced my Atag Boiler. He was very friendly and also helped me to optimise the timings and generally setting on tado to achieve energy efficiency.

I contacted this company to arrange a boiler service - they were recommended to me by ATAG. The lady who took the call (Tina) was so helpful: before booking an appointment, she made the effort to check with the engineers that they were familiar with my model of boiler (I didn’t have the model number so sent photos, which she showed to the engineers) & she called me back as promised (so many people say they will call back but don’t). The engineer who came out (Divyesh) was so lovely & thorough, & communicated everything very clearly. Some work needed to be done, which couldn’t be carried out at the time of the initial service, but Tina promptly arranged it for another day & it was carried out effectively by Divyesh. In the past, I used an independent contractor who was not familiar with my boiler & it was a disaster - they flooded my kitchen. It was a completely different experience with The DC Group - I felt confident in everything that they did & I have had such a positive experience from the first phone conversation to the completion of the work. I will definitely use this company again.

Divyesh was prompt, courteous and professional, resolving my issue with the boiler quickly and offering some tips on heating proficiency. He also fixed a faulty radiator for me and showed me how to use a rather complicated timer system. 10/10 would recommend!

DC ìnstalled and now do the annual servicing of my boiler. This job was to disconnect my very old gas cooker and install a new one. As usual Divyesh carried out the work with professionalism and kindness. After installing he carried out various safety checks on the oven and on the gas supply. Above and beyond he took the old cooker to the boundary of my property to be collected by the council.

We are very happy to have found Dee and the DC Group. Our initial call was answered promptly and Dee arrived as arranged and diagnosed the problem. He planned to return late afternoon, with required new part, to make the repair. Although delayed he returned after usual working hours, having checked this suited us, and completed the job. Professional, friendly and courteous - we shall certainly use his services in future.

We just had a boiler fitted along with a power flush. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. 1st class service with excellent communication throughout! Nothing was too much trouble and the pricing was competitive!! Thank you!!!
