Due to my son falling down the stairs during a seizure I had some blood stains on my staircase carpet. DC Group came out quickly, they were so professional and cleaned all my stairs and landing. The carpet came up like new. I would recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

Very pleased with the service from the D C group and their boiler engineer who kept me informed regarding the appointment time and the boiler service.

overall good, but when you miss DR's call there should be more time to call back as there is a delay in getting the voice message
missed the call at 9:50 received a voice message at 10:15 was told to call back because it was more than 10 min. Though the message said there was a call on my land line but that didn't come through.

We had a leak from the boiler the engineer (Dee) arrived at the appointed time sorted out the problem and did the annual maintenance. to our satisfaction

An engineer from the DC Group came out to do our boiler service. He found a problem, showed us both the readings and the worn out gasket and was able to carry out a repair there and then so we could continue to use our heating. The engineer was keen to help and was very easy to deal with.

Of all the days for a boiler to breakdown (leaving us with no hot water and heating), Christmas Day is not one you'd want that to happen! The DC Group quickly identified the issue(s) and after carrying out a step-by-step diagnosis, managed to get the boiler up and running again within the hour -- amazing! I must also mention the job was very reasonably priced, especially compared to the other astronomical quotes we were given for a callout.

I am lucky that i found the dc group, always gets the work done to a fantastic standard and is always willing to be helpful to his customers. Recently had a boiler issue and it was resolved straight away the next day, think that the owners genuinely care about their business and client relationships, always ready to give good advice to landlords who are new to the investment game also.
