Visited the designer rooms in june after visiting several stores for a new sofa suite, they had a great choice in store with great prices. The sales staff were great, really happy with the service we received that day. The suite was delivered on time and have to give a thanks to the guys who delivered the suite. Friendly, professional and took away all packaging. Definitely would recommend.

James and Debbie are so helpful. Will miss them and the Robroyston store when it closes. 😢

Staff at Prestwick/Ayr branch were so helpful would recommend to anyone looking to purchase furniture and beds to pop in. Excellent knowledge of products and Explained everything to us . Big thumbs up also great sale on too .

The product I was looking at (2 seater settees) was just what I needed. There was an excellent choice of colours and fabrics to suit any decor. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. Both Saira and Muskaan are excellent members of staff and are an asset to the company.

Personal service from Kerry in Hove, with attention to every detail. It is always a leap in the dark when buying new furniture, so we were grateful for her guidance, also the tea and biscuits! We bought a full 4 motor riser/recliner with all the bells and whistles, including the heated lumbar support. If my husband loves it, we may even buy a second.

We visited the discount store in Robroyston on Sunday to be served by a wonderful salesperson Debbie, she was kinda and friendly and answered the questions we had. We collected the furniture on Monday and didn’t receive the same friendly service. I asked a help moving the furniture from the shop outside and while the girl ( not the same lady from the day before) brought out the trolley there was no attempt to assist us etc. it felt like they had out money and it was up to us to see to ourselves. Saying that I am very happy with my purchase as I’ve been with everything I’ve bought from Designer Rooms
