Don’t order here! Have been waiting for my refund for two months! They keep saying they will refund me my money back and never do it. I should’ve read the reviews before but pls don’t order here if you know you will maybe refund the dress!

The Dolls House Fashion is always my go to for a special event outfit! The quality is amazing and the designs are unique and stunning. 10/10 x

I only wish I had read some of the reviews on TrustPilot before my daughter placed an order with this company. I have been waiting for a refund on a dress she returned in May.

Extremely disappointing experience — no delivery, no refund in 10 months

The company has been officially dissolved since June 2024 but was still accepting payments via their website.
I believe this is misleading and possibly fraudulent activity.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. In September 2024, I placed an order with 100% prepayment. As of July 2025 — 10 months later — I have received neither the product nor a refund. Communication has been minimal or completely absent. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I hope others will be more cautious.

Still waiting for my refund over a year later. Constantly say they will refund it and never do. Countless times. Have a contacted them several times. Still owed over £350 after all this time. Awful.

SCAM!!!! I paid so much to return my product internationally which they received 6 weeks ago and still no refund! They are just lying to me that they will process it. Have reported to Fair Trading. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Please avoid. You’ll receive the product, but you’ve got no hope of you’re wanting to return. They’ll apologise and promise your refund over and over again and it will never come. PLEASE check their insta before buying - the photos are always newly posted (last few hours) and all have ZERO comments. I’m guessing they have to keep deleting because of complaints? I raised a chargeback claim with my bank who refunded me immediately, and the DHF actually had the audacity to CHALLENGE it. Disgraceful thieves, can’t NOT recommend them enough.

This company is a scam, just stay away. If you must, buy through revolve to protect yourself.

SCAM!!! Ordered from them last year, item was too small, returned it and NEVER GOT REFUNDED. £230 of my money wasted.

It's the worst brand in the world! They'll never refund! They send the same email 20 times and the clothes are of poor quality!!!

Omg! I don’t believe how many of you girls didn’t get back the refund.
I place my order in December , send it back and still waiting for the refund. I don’t think I am going to see my money back. Is nothing else what we can do? To sue the company? I have all the emails to prove.

Never ever order from this company!! They do not issue refunds even if the product is sent back within the correct time frame. The customer service is terrible, and I’ve been waiting since April for a refund of over £250. It’s a fraudulent business, avoid.

AVOID! I ordered a dress paying £420, my item did not arrive so I chased this up and was informed that they have had a delay in the fabric. I cancelled my order on the 7th of April 25 and was told to wait 14 working days for my refund. It is now 8 weeks later and I still haven’t received my refund and I am now having to go through my bank.
Silly me didn’t think to check reviews as it is a known high end fashion brand, NOT! So unprofessional and daylight robbery

I buy I dress 2024 May £320.00 GBP send it back same day because it’s to small for me. And I still waiting for my refund from them one year later 28.05.2025 and I still waiting.
Don’t buy from them.. :)
