The Headboard Workshop Reviews

First class customer service and beautiful craftsmanship.

We are beyond thrilled with our new beautiful headboard. The website was easy to navigate and the quality of the work is faultless. The delivery was highly organised and the two men who arrived to fit it were so obliging. I really cannot praise the Headboard Workshop highly enough. It is always a joy to fill my home with Charlotte Gaisford prints. They are chintz for the modern era and are so original. I am delighted. Thank you so very much indeed.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I love my new headboard & valance, our bedroom looks really grown up and put together now. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and quality of finished product. Thank you!

I have recently used The Headboard Workshop a number of times now for clients and would highly recommend them. They have made headboards, valances and even an upholstered footstool for me. They are an excellent company to work with, very helpful, efficient, good quality and with great results. Thank you!

I discovered The Headboard Workshop when I was looking to commission a headboard using some beautiful patterned fabric that I'd sourced from Rapture & Wright. From initial enquiry to final delivery the team delivered brilliant customer service. We're so thrilled with the finished headboard which is finished to a very high standard and looks great. I'd definitely order again if the need arose and would happily recommend them to others.

I ordered a headboard and two scatter cushions which arrived earlier than anticipated and in perfect condition. I am absolutely thrilled with all three items so much so that I have placed another order! Great communication, lovely craftsmanship and would highly recommend.

This is my second purchase from the Headboard Workshop and again I'm over the moon. Fabulous product which looks stunning in situ. Easy to order as this second purchase the fabric I wanted was discontinued in their current range but they liaised with the supplier and sourced it. I was kept updated on this and the delivery. Another happy transaction.

First class product and service. Was able to visit works and see products in the flesh before committing to buy. Glad to support a small enterprise of nice people

From the date of order (a superking Caldey bed and grand ottoman) to the completion of assembly in my house, everything about this purchase was a delight. I had mistakenly ordered two ottomans instead of one and a quick email was enough to secure an amendment to my order and refund. I supplied my own material for the ottoman and the process was easy. The bed (in mist wool fabric) and the ottoman (shallow buttoned in my own coordinating fabric) are beautifully made and a delight to own. (I recommend buying an ottoman just slightly narrower than the bed. I did that and it looks perfectly balanced.)

Amazing experience throughout - simple process, great communication and the finished product is exceptional quality! So pleased with our new headboard!!!

A truly fantastic company. Excellent products and communicate was polite and efficient. The delivery was so friendly too, super helpful when we were trying to squeeze it into a calendar. Honestly, gold stars all round

We are absolutely delighted with our headboard. The company went out of their way to find samples that matched my room when their standard samples weren’t a good fit. Great service from start to end!

So thrilled with my new headboard. Sound advice, excellent communication and delivery sooner than expected. I’m about to place another order. Highly recommended!

As a customer needing a bespoke solution for a quirky problem, the team was fantastic at asking questions, listening and finding a route forward. I highly recommend this company, thank you so much!
