Terrible company never use them. We have a VW IDbuzz in for service firstly it wasnt washed or hoovered they used the excuse of hosepipe ban whilst there was cars and vans being washed on the site!! It also wasn’t hoovered what’s the excuse for that, and they couldn’t find the car. They found a slit in the tyre but didn’t bother informing me which now means another trip back to another garage and me having to drive it with a slit in the tyre.

Total back street garage vibes and shoddy customer care. Keep away

Where do I start, they have had my car for over a month for a minor service, oil and brake fluid change, investigate EML light (LAMBDA sensor needed replacing) and replace air con compressor.

Three weeks later and £2100 paid, I picked up the car for it to brake down 250m from leaving the garage.

No call back, no explanation nothing. Until I called the garage to be told they had found another fault, this time with the ECU.

The fault appeared after the air conditioning wiring was checked and the compressor was fitted…but apparently the ECU was faulty all the time. Strange as it was fine when I drove the car to the garage and this was not picked up when they ran the EML light fault or when they test drove the car prior to collection!
So that will be another £1000…£3000+ and still counting.

I thought going to a manufacturer’s dealership would result in a level of competence and professionalism.

How very wrong was I!

Please do the right thing and avoid this service department at all costs.

On the 8th July, My Dacia Sandero went in for its MOT, to be later told that it failed on emssions. They needed to investigate the problem. Nearly 2 weeks later I hadnt heard anything from them or what is happening with my car. I had to phone them to be told that my car is now ready to collect, it will cost £554.39. I said when was I going to get a call to say that my vehicle was ready. The lady on the service said in an hour. This isnt good enough, neither very good customer service, to be left 2 weeks without notifying you on whats happening about your car. Even though I bought my from them less than 2 years ago, I am not happy with the way I have been treated with this MOT experience and I would not recommend them.

This morning my new Kia EV3 was delivered to my home address by the salesman, as he wanted to be sure I really understood all the technology within the car.
The salesman names is Ozzie Osman who works for the JCB group @ Ebbsfleet From the very first call Ozzie has been so helpful I felt I needed to let it be known that it was his attitude and approach that secured the order.
The car, in many ways is better than my previous two Tesla’s.
I am still getting used to it but first impressions are very favourable.

Owen was an absolute pleasure to help me sort a new car for me. Wasn’t pushy. Listened to what I wanted. Friendly and so easy going. It was nice to have someone that didn’t rush and didn’t push me to do anything, I didn’t want to do. A huge asset to the team. Thank you Owen. Keep up the hard work.

avoid Ebbsfleet kia service department, The service manager Chris is unhelpful and full of self importance.
Should not be a Kia dealer.

We had a vehicle recovered to KIA EBBSFLEET JCB after weeks of going backwards and forwards getting the appropriate service history for a warranty claim that was eventually refused ,and the quoted £9000 to replace the engine at our expense, I was not convinced that it needed a new engine I asked for a full report and was told it would be £300 which I agreed to pay , the service manager Chris called me and said not to waste my money in his experience of 35 yrs in the industry he said a new engine was required, I then had the vehicle collected by a recovery agent taken to J J autos in west malling KENT who inspected the Kia Sportage, THEY REPLACED A SET OF SPARK PLUGS AND A COIL PACK and the car was as good as new , I have been driving the car now and covered over a thousand miles without missing a beat. The invoice was less than £200 from JJ s in king street. lesson learned do not trust JCB in any way shape or form. Trying to cheat us out of £9000 for a £200 repair .

Visiting UK from germany, VW Passat recent model. Flat battery (while in Tunbridge Wells approx 1.5m from JCB garage). Nobody available to exchange the battery at my residence. Was told that "if I can find somebody to tow the car it will take approx 2 working days to get the battery as no stock and then most likely another 3 working days until it can be fitted". so much for VW mobility guarantee.

I bought my Cupra Leon from JCB group in Crawley. From day the sales person was not that helpful & it was as if she was doing me a favour. I asked straight away about choosing a number plate but this fell on deaf ears. I kept asking about the delivery time of the car but was told its on a boat, then it wasn't on a boat then it was & suddenly turned up at the dealership.The customer service is absolutely appalling. I have had to chase them up on updates regarding delivery. My sales contact didn't seem at all interested in making the sales experience good & also failed to keep an arranged phone appointment & I am still waiting 4 days later, plus no apology. I was promised a key ring for my car over a week ago but nothing has turned up.It just seems that once they have made the sale they couldn't give a sh't. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Currently sat in Canterbury jcb waiting on service. 2 hours and no one asked if would like a drink or help with anything. I’ve emailed and called 6 times about the new Bigster..so you’d think they would want to chat. 5 people have walked in looking and no one went to see if they were ok or required help, but the sales guys have stood having a chat for 45 min no problems

Was in yesterday with a minor warranty issue. Peter and Toby were super helpful, did what they could to improve the issue and are ordering parts for a permanent fix. Overall I’ve had a few issues with a used van but Eurovans have been helpful with fixes and loaners when needed. I can see reviews can be mixed but so far my experience has been very positive.

They will rip you off by charging £144/hour. Don’t go and avoid at all costs.

JCB Group provides a mixed experience. Some staff are helpful and friendly, but issues like poor communication, delays, and unfulfilled promises tarnish the service. Buying a vehicle may result in problems, from incorrect specifications to unexpected costs. While certain staff show effort, the overall customer service falls short. Improvements are definitely needed.

Purchased a Cupra Terramar from JCB Ashford. I found Sade & Darrel really pleasant and friendly. I also managed to secure a really great deal at 1st attempt without any of the usual dealer haggling. Not local to me but worth the journey (and they even offered to pick me up at station).

Service department is a total scam. They lead you on whilst scalping you for increasing amounts of money and fix nothing. Plus had cash go missing from my vehicle on 3 separate occasions.

Booked a service for ID3 giving a months notice, took car in to be told before they had looked at it that it would need to be booked in again for 2 days for an update. I asked why they couldn't have let me know before as I could have got the service and update done in one visit rather than 2? I was told they only get the paperwork in the morning. Not very pro active for both the customer nor the workshop. Room for improvement, plus they dont clean the cars anymore, which was a nice touch

We had a recall letter for our KIA took it to KIA Ebbsfleet, receptionist Carley was a ray of sunshine, so helpful and such a cheerful person.
Our car was dealt with straight away so we didn’t have to make an appointment to bring it back.
