I wish I checked these reviews before ordering. I ordered a helmet that on the website the picture showed was NOT white.. it’s a caramel/ beige looking color and the logo is light grey on it. What I received was a purely very bright white helmet. The images on their website are clearly wrong! Customer service says they are the same after I sent pictures and they will not take accountability. This is my first and last time ordering from The Last Hunt… Images or descriptions on the website are not accurate, be ware. And they will not fix it or take accountability. Terrible customer service.

Chandail Vallier troué livré dans un sac Ziploc sale!

J'ai commandé un chandail épais en mélange de mérinos de la marque Vallier, modèle Westminster pour homme, qui m'a été livré endommagé dans un sac Ziploc sale! Le chandail est effectivement troué et il semble avoir été lavé, ce qui l'a légèrement fait rétrécir. Il s'agit manifestement d'un article retourné. J'ai plusieurs chandails de cette marque et ils m'ont tous été livrés dans un sac portant le nom de la marque, et non dans un immense sac en plastique usé et sale. J'ai signalé le problème, mais le service de la clientèle ne donne pas suite. Méfiez-vous de ce site de liquidation. Pour ma part, j'ai retenu la leçon !

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with The Last Hunt.

I ordered two jackets but only received one item. I contacted customer support immediately, provided all required photos and documentation, and followed every step they asked for.

Despite this, it has now been over a week and the issue is still not resolved. The only response I received was that they are “waiting on warehouse verification” due to a backlog, with no clear timeline or solution.

For a missing item worth over $100, the lack of urgency and slow resolution process is unacceptable. I have now had to escalate the issue through my payment provider.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially if you expect timely support in case something goes wrong.

I ordered a pair of Merryl ankle boots…

I ordered a pair of Merryl ankle boots on the Last Hunt in my usual size. When they arrived I realized that the elastic around the ankle was way too tight for my foot to get the boots on. Agrevated because I've never had an issue with Merryl before. I contacted the Last Hunt to ask if I could return them or get a refund or an exchange and their customer service department was the worst! Despite the fact that the boots are completely unwearable, they would only site the return policy to me, stating no returns unless the item did not match the description of the item on the website. So I have a pair of boots that I can't wear, and neither can my mother who wears a full size lower than the boot...I'll NEVER buy from the Last Hunt again.

Horrible customer service. Don’t honour their promotions when websites glitch. Use shippers who are also late in delivering despite paying more for express service.

Horrible shipping experience

The shipping on their products is horrible. The arrival dates kept getting pushed further, 3 times it has changed. Unreliable shipping service. Is the savings really worth this unreliable service? Not for me. Never again.

Don't buy from The Last Hunt

Don't buy from The Last Hunt! I received a $130 item that was clearly damaged (holes in both the item and the inner packaging). When I reached out to customer service, "Lynda" gaslighted me, claiming it was "accidental breakage" caused by me.
They even had the audacity to ask for
"security camera footage" of me unboxing the package-an absurd request for a $130 purchase. It's clear they ship defective items and then blame the customer to avoid refunds. Their "Final Sale" policy is used as a
shield to sell trash.
Zero stars. Stay away.

Scammers

So made a purchase from these scammed

They apparently shipped with canada post. But the tracking number finds no package or shipment. I never received the package. I have now been told to go find a mysterious package with no tracking by myself. Canada post appears to know nothing about this package so who actually knows

When I have asked last hunt to contact canada post they replied to me with a copy paste email saying once a package has shipped there is no refund. Thats it.

But I have absolutely no proof this ever even shipped.

So it looks a whole lot like they send a bs email saying they "shipped my package" and just kept my money

I ordered non-refundable ski boots from The Last Hunt that I desperately needed for a ski trip starting Monday.

I paid extra for express shipping to guarantee weekend transit and delivery—something their site and options imply is possible, especially in Toronto.
Early Saturday morning (during their business hours), I spotted the tracking via their partner (Obibox/Xpedigo) stuck at “shipment received” with no movement. I immediately messaged them directly through the order confirmation email thread—not a generic inbox—flagging the issue, expressing concern about delays, and explicitly offering to cancel the order right then if there was any risk it wouldn’t arrive on time. This was proactive, time-sensitive, and order-specific.

Their customer service? Complete radio silence and zero priority. No reply, no acknowledgment, no quick check on their end, nothing over the entire weekend. They left me hanging while the clock ticked down on my trip.

Only after more chasing did the truth emerge: their chosen carrier has no weekend operations in the regions they serve (despite any marketing hype), so the package couldn’t even be touched. There was never a realistic chance of on-time delivery, yet The Last Hunt charges premiums for “express” and sells non-refundable items without warning customers about these limitations.

Because their support team ignored my urgent, business-hours message and didn’t help cancel when I asked, I’m now out $400 with boots still sitting at origin. My trip is starting without them, all because The Last Hunt’s customer service treats legitimate, time-critical issues like they’re optional. No phone support, no chat, slow-or-nonexistent email responses—this aligns with tons of other complaints about their “brutal,” “useless,” or outright absent service.

They enable a flawed shipping partner, then abandon customers when it inevitably fails. If you value responsive support, especially for urgent or weekend-reliant orders—avoid The Last Hunt at all costs. Their “customer service” is a joke that cost me hundreds and ruined my plans.

Never again.
Shop elsewhere—anywhere with actual human support that prioritizes customers over excuses.

Daehlie ski pants = big disappointment

I purchased a pair of Daehlie cross country ski pants, one month earlier I bought the same brand and same size but different model I guess in person in a store; well the one I just received is a joke, way too big and too long, it’s definitely not a medium…I’m not happy, wish they would at least send me a small.

Inventory issue

I purchased men’s winter boots and a few days later received an email and refund. The email indicated that due to an inventory issue, the order had been cancelled and a refund issued. Very unsatisfied with the customer experience!

Only 1 of the 3 jackets ordered fits…

Only 1 of the 3 jackets ordered fits true to size. And guess what - they do not offer returns or exchanges! One of the jackets marked as men's L fits my wife perfectly who is size lady's M and the jacket looks based lady's on the zipper side. Wasted 300 bucks! True Canadian merchant experience! Never had any issues with US orders. Think twice before ordering from them.

They sent the wrong order entirely. Can't contact anyone. No return policy. So they took my money and I'm supposed to be happy with whatever they ship in a box. Wasted $318. I believe this warrants a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
