The London Bath Co have just finished the complete renovations of our Ensuite shower room and main family bathroom. We are delighted with our beautiful new bathrooms expertly designed by Chris to meet our brief. Florin and his team of Ionut, Alex and Vasile were on site for six weeks and were professional and hardworking throughout. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and kept me updated on progress and issues. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Jess and Abby did a great job project managing the works and Wioletta came and did a fabulous deep clean when each room was finished. The whole process from start to finish has been seamless. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was dreading getting my bathroom upgraded. But TLBCO were amazing from start to finish. From meeting Nasser (the designer) as a walk-in off the street, through to the final snagging, the service has been amazing and the quality of the installation is fantastic.

I was away for most of the installation - one bathroom, couldn't live in the flat without it - and through punishing heat, the team installed and commissioned the bathroom on time. Not only did they manage that, they managed to do it without irritating any of my neighbours. In fact, one of my neighbours complimented me on how respectful the team had been.

Once the bathroom was in and had been used, there were a couple of things I was concerned about which were not strictly TLBCO's responsibility to fix. But this is when it became apparent that they take customer satisfaction very seriously indeed. Neither issue was a problem and both were addressed, at no additional cost to me. As I said to them, I thought this level of customer service was for the history books in the UK.

Was it cheap? No. Was paying more worth it? Yes. Did I get what I paid for? Completely. I would recommend TLBCO without hesitation.

I can't speak highly enough of The London Bath Co. They were recommended to us by a family friend and renovated a family bathroom and an en suite bathroom for us for our home in North London. The whole process was taken care by their team. Our designer Andre was incredibly knowledgable and accommodating and their installation team treated our home with the utmost care. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Shower room and downstairs cloakroom recently refurbished by the london bath co team, there was some unexpected costs for replastering a wall which is never great, but the finish on the bathrooms were great by Yuri. Initial meeting and concepts were like for like with what I have now by Andre and our project manager Joanna was lovely - we have kitchen we will be coming back for in summer!

Disappointing and dismissive service

I contacted the St. John’s Wood branch on Friday to discuss a potential bathroom renovation, but the experience was underwhelming. I spoke with Andre, who seemed disinterested and made very little effort to engage in the conversation.

Despite explaining that I am looking for a premium design and am flexible on my budget (starting around £20k), Andre was unwilling to provide any steer or professional advice. Instead of offering a design consultation to show the value of their service, I was met with silence. I eventually had to ask how to move forward, only to be told I could only book an appointment if I "think I want to spend over £25k."

The London bath co exceeded our expectations! From start to finish all aspects of the renovation were done so professionally. Our designer Nasser was easy and patient to work with. He also made the most of our space and created a new layout that we didn't even know was possible to maximise the space. Yuri and his team were extremely clean, respectful, hard working and the most efficient! Our bathroom was done in less than 3 weeks and it looks better than we ever could have imagined. We've had work done on our house with other companies and there's always something that goes wrong. With London Bath Co we genuinely don't have a bad thing to say and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again for any future works :) thank you guys so much!!!

London Bath Co installed a new bathroom for us. After a discussion on what we were looking for the showroom team created a fabulous design for us. A little later, the build team arrived. They were clean and tidy and checked in on our preferences for the details as they installed. We were on holiday for most of the build and they kept in touch with photos and it was great to come back to a new bathroom. They also made sure the property was completely cleaned up after the building works. All in all we got the bathroom we wanted with minimal work and effort on our part - just what we wanted.

We are delighted with the renovation of one of the bathrooms in our flat. Every aspect of the operation was first class,--the assistance with design, the choice of accessories, the careful attention to our preferences, and the overall management. We were very impressed with the performance of our bathroom fitter, Vitalii, --skilful, a perfectionist, who went out of his way to ensure that the work was undertaken on time and to the highest standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending the London Bath Company to others.

We had our kitchen totally gutted and redone, the team were highly professional, clean, very nice and created our dream kitchen. The work is exceptional, Andre and Taylor made the entire process so easy and smooth. They were always on the end of the phone, which was really reassuring. Everything was cross checked to make sure nothing went wrong and as always they smashed it. This is our second time working together and we can’t wait to do more together in the future. We have recommended them to all our friends and family.

London Bath co were great to work with. They were efficient and very communicative throughout the whole project and delivered a great bathroom.
Would highly recommend

The whole experience was very disappointing. It took almost 7 weeks to complete (I was told it would be 3) and I do not have a second bathroom in my flat. It is a small space, and cost almost £40K. My original designer left the company without telling me, it turned out the measurements he took were incorrect meaning the door had to be cut down to make the design work. The demolition 'laborer' set off the fire alarm in the building multiple times and left my flat and garage wide open and unlocked. The first installer suddenly claimed he had back issues (it was now three weeks into the job) and obvious he was not going to finish on time. The London Bath Co. sent a new crew who ripped out all the work the first installer had done and began again. There is not enough space to list all the things that went wrong and the amount of frustration and inconvenience this renovation caused. This company charges 'a hefty premium' to manage the job from beginning to end. My so-called project manager never even came to the property, and sent ridiculous AI generated emails about how great the progress was that was being made - they need to change their business model to deliver what they promise. All my concerns were shared with the CEO Steve Baker. I asked for a 10% refund, he would not refund money - they require full payment up front - which I will NEVER agree to again. Instead, he apologised and offered additional work (lining of a storage space) and a 5 year warranty instead of 3. I do not typically write reviews that are damaging because we all have bad days, people are unreliable by nature, and things go wrong. However, just this week, I had to deal with a sub-par toilet handle installation - to get it to look the way it should fitting flush against the tile - it will require ripping out some of the tiles and shortening the connecting pipe. I also started to have flickering 'mood lighting' making the bathroom feel like a 80's disco. I was told the lighting installed was not compatible with the dimmer switch so nothing could be done. The mood lighting will have to stay on one setting or simply flicker! This is just two months after the project was finished. I wanted to use this company to also refurb my kitchen - it is a family run and local business which I always try to support. I am hugely disappointed and cannot recommend this company in good conscience to anyone.

We went into the Chiswick branch and they said they did everything: from design to decoration. They did exactly that and to a very high standard. Nasser came up with a lovely initial design but listened to our feedback, and came up with a final design that was great. The fitters were also very good. Throughout, one had the sense that everyone at London Bath Co really wanted you to be happy with the final outcome and they would not cut corners. Overall, a very positive process and result.

I recently had a new bathroom installed by the London Bath Co and am extremely happy with the great job they did.
