I would leave negative stars if I could. This place is not legit. I placed an order on July 11th. I finally received something from them, that is NOT what I ordered, on August 1st. I immediately contacted them via email stating my displeasure and received an immediate response stating that they would contact me with 24-72 hours. It is now August 6th and I have yet to receive a response. I’ve tried calling multiple times only to receive the standard “all operators are busy dealing with other customers” then a hang up. Every other option they have to try and rectify the situation directs you to their website to fill out forms. Their radio silence speaks volumes. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ALLEGED COMPANY.

I ordered the Tesla cyber truck. It was advertised as a box that opened up into a Tesla cyber truck. What I received is a piece of junk plastic cyber truck with no electronics. When I contacted the company they told me that I got exactly what I payed for. SCAMMERS

Never received item, they don’t respond

Update: I received a car that was glued together and looked like a 5 year old glued it. The car was supposed to be a car alarm but was a $3 kids car that doesn’t do anything. It’s a piece of junk that’s throw away. Not even a child would want it. I got SCAMMED. Please beware of Luxsale. I wouldn’t give this one star if it were possible. I ordered a car alarm clock on 04/27/26. Today is 06/05/26, over a month ago and never received it. I paid $57 for an item that states it’s still in China after a month. This is a scam, don’t buy or listen to their YouTube commercial as it’s false advertising.

J'essaie d'avoir un rembousement pour fausse représentations et il ignores mes courriels. N'acheter aucun produit de cette compagnie ou de leur autre compagnie Wishhure.com
