I purchased two detangling brushes for $14.99 each. When I received the brushes they were not at all like described or pictured on the website. The brushes looked like toys definitely not something strong enough for natural hair. They even feel brittle through the packaging. They are in clear packaging which I DID NOT open. I emailed the company for return instructions and was told all sales are final and no refunds are issued. This tells me they do not stand behind their products which is very poor customer service. Do not order accessories from TMA as if you get them and find out they are trash you are stuck with them!

I purchased the twist and curl cream, a hair oil, and the moisture mist. I was satisfied with all of the products, except for the twist and curl cream. The consistency is very runny like a cheap lotion and smells terrible. I opened the jar and was immediately overwhelmed by the rancid smell. I contacted customer service and they recommended that I add a hair conditioner or another product to their product to minimize the smell. I do not think this is a good recommendation because it can interfere with the effectiveness of the product as well as changed the structure of the product. I contacted them again and requested a refund or exchange and they said that they don’t do refunds. Fortunately, I purchased this during the Black Friday sale. I will try to give it to someone else or throw it out.

Also, it took 3 weeks to receive my order.

I ordered 2 of the Extra Strength Rosemary and Fenugreek Herbal Hair Growth Oil. Immediately after using the oil I felt a huge difference in my scalp and hair, I hadn't realized that my scalp was THAT dry until this oil basically healed it! I bought the oils for hair growth and it's too soon to judge if that aspect of the oil works, but when it comes to hydrating a dry scalp and keeping your hair moisturized the oil has already proved it's worth to me! I used to only use the Curls Blueberry and Mint oil and I thought it was great... this Rosemary and Fenugreek Herbal Hair Growth Oil is BEYOND great! at least for me and my head. Shipping was also fast, I placed my order on Sept. 2nd and the order was delivered on Sept. 8th! (I'm making this review on Sept. 18th)

The Mane Attraction: Lashay Greenwood, the Owner/CEO, comes across as racist and hateful toward White people. She claims to be religious but presents herself in a way that seems more about selling sex than faith. On top of that, she is always drunk and drinking, which is a bad sign for someone who also calls herself a Christian. Her products are overpriced and simply not worth what she’s charging. It feels like she’s more focused on chasing billionaire status than actually helping her customers, which is disappointing considering her prices used to be affordable.

This company won’t last long with business practices like this. The prices are far too high, and they refuse to accept returns—even on unopened products. That policy alone shows a lack of respect and concern for customers. I wanted to support a Black-owned business, but instead I was left feeling disrespected and treated unfairly.

I bought $150 worth of products from this company. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, 2 small oils 1 large oil and the spritz. The extra strength oil has all these sticks in it, rosemary and other ingredients. This stuff made my scalp break out. I contacted the company and they don't do refunds. The say to do a patch test to see if your skin is compatible for the product. If you buy the product to do a patch test and you're not compatible then are you stuck with the product, because you don't do refunds? This company won't last long. The prices are too high, you don't except your products back even if they are not open. Thought I would support a Black owned business, but you aren't treating your customers fare. You deserve 0 stars.

What a disappointment! First I received four (4) bottles of the "jumbo"rosemary and fenugreek hair oil. The jumbo bottle is only 4 ounces at $34.99 a bottle. Second, they used dried rosemary vs fresh, added fenegreek and i can't get the oil to come out the bottle. They said the dried increases the shelf life but not the quality. This is such a disappointment because in the past I've made rosemary oil for my hair with fresh rosemary, double boiled and strained for less than $7 including the oil. While I wanted to support this Black business, the jumbo bottles are a joke and not hardly worth the price. it's much cheaper to make your own and probably better quality. I'm upset with myself for falling for this ripoff.
