B&G Crossroads purchased blind
B&G Crossroads bought with some trepidation, unseen due to current circumstances. With so many unknowns, trust is such a large part of the deal.
The Guys (and Gals) treated me to patience, understanding and reassurance. So glad I pushed the button, the instrument is fabulous, better looking than the photos and finished to a very high standard and oozing charm, character and resonance.

This is just the second guitar I have bought from TNAG and I have received nothing but courtesy and helpfulness when buying these wonderful instruments.
I have been playing and purchasing many guitars for just over 60 years now and to find a company like TNAG who offer without doubt some of the finest instruments on the planet is a very pleasurable experience. Great service, highly recommend
Great experience shopping through the website, the staff is very responsive and helpful via the chat, and also via email.
There were a few minor issues with the guitar I ordered when I received it, but talking to the staff over email we were able to resolve it and they made sure I was taken care of and happy with my product.
