The Online Property Agency Reviews

ZARA has been amazing and we are so glad that we chose to sell our house with OPA. From our first meeting through to completion we felt that she really understood our needs and helped us to move quickly! We feel that Zara gave us excellent advice regarding the sale price and she was proactive, friendly and professional. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The OPA have a good reputation for investment. They are well organised and professional people with an excellent model for buying and selling. What more can i say !

Promot service

Highly recommended as they take truly interest in buying & selling no hassle for the clients very professional.

I have had an extremely professional experience with The Online Property Agency. Zara has been fantastic throughout, her communication is second to none, and she is very personable at the same time. She has been highly efficient from the outset setting a very good but realistic market value for the property and left me pleasantly surprised by having sold subject to contract within 48 hours of my instruction. Zara was always available throughout the sale process and helped liaise with all parties ensuring conclusion of the sale in a timely manner. Zara and her team at OPA are highly recommended and I have handed over a second instruction which is being handled in the same manner. Thank you so much and keep up the good work

My property was under offer within 48 hours of going live, Zara was highly efficient and managed to issue the sales memorandum to both my solicitors and the buyers solicitors. Her attention to detail was second to none, communicating with both sets of solicitors to ensure the sale completed within the specified 8 week period. I look forward to building my relationship with this agency and have happily instructed them on a second property, if you want to get your property sold for the best price in a hassle free manner then use The OPA, the beauty of there sale process is they don’t charge you a single penny!

Dont think these agents want to sell houses. called about a house in wocster. Lady was fairly inattentive on the phone said she would call me back about a viewing never took my phone number or email ....

Zara is the most ignorant individual I have ever come across in my life. She is rude and very unprofessional. It’s almost impossible to get hold of her… The business needs to shut down!

The worst agency ever. Horrible service. Once they sign you up, they just disappear. They have been avoiding calls, messages, emails for 2 months now. They have advertised my property incorrectly, it’s a freehold building, but they put it under flats, so it doesn’t even show in searches. I have been trying to contact them for two months and they don’t even answer anything. The worst experience ever.

Absolutely awful service and communication, ignored calls, texts and emails from Zara. After exploring other reviews on trust pilot it appears this is a regular occurrence. Very poor service!

These are fraudsters!!! Something is not right with this company and I’m not sure how they are allowed to get away with this con! All they care about is their exclusivity fee. Once you pay this, you’re on your own really. They were so pleasant at the beginning and the attention and the way they appeared to be listening to my needs made them appear like professionals. I was receiving updates and calls even after office hours through calls, watsapp chats, emails trying to convince me to commit to the deal but the moment I paid that exclusivity fee, that was it! No one was ever available to take my call. My solicitor couldn’t contact the vendors, the lenders couldn’t contact anyone to book the survey, and deadline they set for the exclusivity came and passed. The whole experience was just unbelievably unprofessional! If you’re a buyer, please stay away!!!
Update: Yes I have not used my real name but you know exactly who I am Zara Thomas! I lost £8,000 to you guys and I would strongly advise others to stay away from you and your fraudulent model of business where everything is dandy until you get hold of the person’s money and then you reveal your true colours hiding behind small print!

Take upfront fees before any research or information can be looked into. Very risky to try and purchase any property. The agent will pester you until you pay a fee. Would definitely stay away, much better ways to make money than be scammed.

I would give 0 stars. They ask for their fees upfront even before a survey or valuation and if you ask questions about the property they become rude. seems like a scam. Owner and agent are in this together. I would think their main business is keeping the fees they charge without selling any property. Stay Away. UPDATE. they have now left a stupid message on my business profile about my relationship. looks like the truth hurts.

I can't express enough how fantastic my experience with The OPA has been throughout the buying and selling process of my property. From start to finish, they have proven to be the epitome of professionalism and expertise. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat.

From the very beginning, The OPA demonstrated an unparalleled level of dedication and commitment. They made what could have been a daunting process remarkably smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was the incredible team, and one person, in particular, deserves a special mention – Zara... what a superstar!

She guided me through every step of the journey with a genuine and warm approach. Her dedication to ensuring that I got the best deal possible was truly commendable. Zara was always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and provide valuable insights that made me feel confident in my decisions.

The OPA's attention to detail and their ability to match buyers and sellers effectively is unmatched. They provided me with expert advice on preparing my property for sale, and their marketing strategies ensured that it reached a wide and interested audience. Their negotiation skills secured the best possible deal for me as a seller.

Overall, The OPA is a testament to what an online estate agency should be. They are efficient, trustworthy, and highly effective in what they do. Zara and the entire team at The OPA deserve all the accolades for their dedication and hard work.

If you're in search of an estate agency that will handle your buying and selling process with utmost care and expertise, look no further than The OPA. I can confidently say that they are the gold standard in the industry. Thank you, OPA, for making this experience truly exceptional!
