express delivery?
May have been failure to read the details on my part but I paid £7.99 for express delivery...however item not in stock so took 6 days to arrive . Bit disappointing

The item showed it needed to be ordered in, and there was a pop up box during checkout that you had to click to agree to before you proceed stating that the express delivery would not happen until the item arrived (as it was not in stock). We also send an email after the order is placed to further remind one last time that the item needs to be ordered in, so yes- you were notified quite extensively throughout the process that the item was not in stock :)
Friendly and helpful
I felt the need to leave this review as the service I received was great.
My daughter had picked out a particular set of riding boots she liked and we needed them within the week.
I had emailed to confirm that they definitely had them in stock so as not to waste any time. The customer service got back to me really quickly to say they had checked and that the boots I wanted were available in her size. I ordered on the Monday and received them on the Wednesday. Cannot fault the experience. Friendly and helpful customer service with easy and fast ordering and delivery. I will be using this company again.

Ordered a pony size Equilibrium massage pad yesterday morning as this was the best price I could find online for my daughter's 16th birthday present in 2 weeks so was not in a hurry for delivery! It has arrived today!! Well packaged and the best delivery service I have received in a long time. Other horsey retailers could learn a lot from this company. They will definitely be my first go to online from now on! Thank you very, very much!
