I had never heard of The Sleep People before so this was the first time ordering from them. I am glad I took a chance and did. Everything was straightforward and quick from ordering my mattress to it being delivered. Mattress is really nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend The Sleep People.

Great item as described and on time delivery

An update on my previous review which had nothing to do with starlight it was B&Q and yodel that was the issue. Starlight have pulled out all the stops to fulfil my order great communication and very helpful

I bought two mattresses off the sleep people but order the wrong size , I contact them and they said I would be refunded and able to send the mattress back which was quick and easy there customer service was brilliant and found them very helpful will be coming here in the future

I was looking for a 10cm depth mattress as it was the recommendation for the floor bed I bought for my baby. After much search, I found their site and I ordered a single mattress 190cmx90cm but when it arrived it was about 5cm shorter. Because this was to be used on a floor bed for my baby, I didn’t want to risk the gap so I contacted them and they sent a replacement the following day. I received the correct size. Customer service was good.

I bought a superior cooling memory foam cooling foam mattress from this compaby my previous mattress was not a standard size so this had to be custom made by them.
This was a really good price compared to elsewhere I received excellent customer service and fast delivery.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone they are the best in the business.

I ordered a bespoke mattress from The Sleep People just before Christmas 2024. It was delivered in January and it is the best mattress I have ever slept on. It was a third of the price of every other good make mattress I had looked at and I cannot recommend this company enough. First class customer service. Thank you

My bed had lost its spring shortly after purchase and sleep people treated me better than debenhams (where I had purchased the bed originally) I recieved a refund .Great service and genuinely care about the customer.

Purchased a double memory foam matress back in October 2024 through the range. It is deffo no memory foam as stated the matress has already dipped in and I can feel the springs digging into my back it deffo was not worth the money and I'm sure this comes under false advertisement. The matress is poor quality. I contacted the range and this issue was not resolved because this company sells through marketplace. They also refused a refund even though it's not even 3 months old. Avoid this company as it really isn't worth paying for there items.

I had a few problem’s wth returning my mattress once i spoke to someone at the sleep range people the man who dealt wth my self was ever so kind so helpful. He really made my day. One ov the best. 👍

Had a problem with one mattress not delivered when it should have been…..ordered via the range got in touch with them eventually……wasn’t bothered just kept saying would hear from them in a few days! Took matters into my own hands and found phone number for sleep people, rang and spoke with MEGAN ( what a lovely lady)……mattress delivered the next day!!!

Bought a Sirius Bonell mattress via Groupon ready for bedroom refurbishment.
Wasn't comfortable from the outset. The springs creak and groan with the slightest movement.
Absolutely no comfort or support. It's only been slept on five times and has only become less comfortable.
Even the most heroic mattress topper can't come to the aid of this most uncomfortable thing.
I've slept in some pretty rough conditions over the years but this goes above and beyond.
Thankfully I've a relatively comfortable sofa to fall back on. Hope to return and receive a refund shortly.
To my mind, not of merchantable quality and not fit for purpose.

We had a little issue with the mattress, the stitching around the edge had come undone BUT the issue was resolved and a new mattress was sent within 2 days, great customer service from Megan Norbury, thank you!
