I've been ordering from them over a period of a few years. Sadly I've now had an unpleasant experience purchasing from them via Amazon. Amazon who are using Royal Mail as the delivery agents for what was to be a 24hr delivery, following 2 falsly stated attempts to deliver ( I was home, no one came) I'm now on my 3rd day of waiting. I've lost orders, and time waiting. I thought to replace my order directly on Soapery until I saw they would also use Royal Mail for small deliveries :,( Sadly I will no longer shop with them as all small orders are only Royal Mail, Who don't deliver) no way to connect to complaints on Royal Mail, so you're left with nothing.

Ive been buying from the Soapery for a few years now and I always find myself coming back because of the bargain with prices for natural products and the amazing quality of those products. My orders always arrive in a timely fashion and are well protected in the packaging.

I bought avocado butter from the Soapery, which I was going to use to mix up my own face cream adding other ingredients. The price was extremely reasonable for 500g. When it arrived, it was so beautiful and pure, I didn't need to mix it with anything else. I ended up pouring it straight into two big pots and using it as a face and body cream by itself because it was so excellent and moisturising. The quality is superb! Thank you Soapery! I will buy it again!

I have ordered a few times from this company and normally never had a problem. I paced a order in July 2025. On this occasion the tub with the coconut oil had split and due to this damage the oil had leaked everywhere . I emailed their customer services attaching 2 photos.

So dissapointed that I never even received an acknowledgment upto this day. Its been over half a year. Not at all a happy customer.

I was going to make another order but since I remembered what happened I am considering not using this company again.

Just be mindful if everything is fine its great BUT if things go wrong you could very well be left in limbo.
